Polyurethane bushings in the front panhard rod have given out. Going back to OEM rubber.

OEM panhard bushings installed and panhard back in places. New fasteners were used and were torqued, new bolts come with a coating of red loctite. I applied a dab of torque chek to the bolt heads but I doubt these will back out.

When I swapped in the poly bushings years ago I did it at @Waorani shop and Ed knocked out an aluminum bushing press on his lathe. I still have that press and put it to use today to install the OEM bushings. Assistance at the press by @cruiserinsanity to hold the rod and align pressing tools was invaluable.

I replaced the oil pump cover gasket. After 30 years, the rubber was cristallized and oil was leaking from everywhere. Here’s what left of the old gasket and in the same time here is tool I made from scrap metal to remove the crank bolt. Worked like a charm! If any of you need the dimensions for the tool, I’ll be glad to post them for you.
Cheers

Contemplating... 1. cutting the tubes off this, 2. going back to my stock bumper and doing the hidden winch mod, or 3. Nothing. $300 for the bumper as is if anyone is interested. Located in Norfolk, VA.

Your track bar bracket is cracked... :(

I would be interested to see how you would do your hidden winch mod. I’m thinking of doing it myself.
There are a couple of posts and build threads, but I think I am going to start with a generic winch mounting plate if I do not have a suitable size piece of scrap steel. Then use standoffs/spacers on top of that plate to raise the winch up a little to get the rope/cable inline with the vertical face of the stock bumper. There are some good pictures here:

Also, that TrailTailor mount looks very nice and mounts from the top... makes sense.

Yes, good eye and thanks for pointing that out. Here's a better photo with the grime cleaned off. Now to find someone to weld it up.

My wife's truck had the same thing. Ask your local welding supply house for a recommendation on a guy to do that for you.

That reminds me I need to look at mine.

I'm not familiar w/ 80's but is that bracket something that can be taken off or will it have to be welded in place? Assuming in place so how accessible is it to grind out/clean and get a mig torch in there? It's been a while since I took the Holiday Inn Express welding class but I may be able to do it.
