My L seat leather on my drivers seat only last about 3 years..ugh

L seat sent me new leather for drivers side, about $175 ish

I had a upholstery shop do it last time but I’m thinking of replacing it myself…what’s a “good thread” on here for installing leather on front seat?…I have new seat cushion as well…search is leaving me searchless..lol

Overland bound on YouTube just did a video on this

Used it to drag a stranded motorist off the shoulder to a safe spot.

That's unfortunate. :( If you give up on L seat, Mosley is tits. Mine look as good as the 1st day, 25k miles w/4 kids.

Since I did this to my tailgate I no longer need these covers. Yours for the price of shipping. You never know…

Curious on this as well.

Been "redoing" my interior lately (just installed full DeltaVS setup) and literally dropped off my middle seats to an upholstery company today to install my Lseat leathers (second row).

I need my passenger seat done as I just ordered a Sparco driver seat today.

Finally got around to installing the Rugged Bound tailgate storage cover. I bought it months ago with a group buy. I’m really pleased with the stability of this two hatch solution. Totally suitable for standing on. I opted for bolts rather than the supplied rivets. It’s going to be the perfect place for some soft and light items like recovery straps, gloves snd coveralls etc.

Ya it looks good! It was nice meeting you and checking out your 80 the other day, thanks for the quarter panel water bladder, I feel like I scooped up a good deal!

You mentioned you sprayed a bunch of second skin on interior body panels and you were gonna do wheel wells as well I think.

What did you use to stick the carpet to the tailgate compartment? Did you put second skin in there too?

sorry yours crapped out on you. Mine are nearly 4yrs old and still look like new and I am not nice to them, I'm sure my 2 teenage sons who steal it frequently are not nice to them either. :meh:

I installed mine myself, its a crappy job but totally doable. I think I used the thread referenced above in the FAQs.

My only advice is now's the time to add seat heaters if you ever wanted them. I wish I did.

Something you do not see a suppressed revolver. What caliber is the revolver and how much quieter is it?
It’s a 22lr and doesn’t suppress very well due to gases escaping out the cylinder. Shooting without a silencer is actually quieter. Someone is working on a silicone gasket for the cylinder that should fix this.

LOL ... Yeah, was going to say you don't see many silenced revolvers for a reason. I'd be interested in how well the seal holds up. I can't imagine silicone will do well with that amount of pressure, abrasion and heat over time. You almost need something like a piston ring machined in to the cone that drags on the front of the cylinder.

I used carpet adhesive to stick the carpet to the interior of the tailgate.

I think it’ll be a consumable part similar to a wipe.

I bought the revolver to piss off a buddy who is into old western guns and hates anything “tactical.” Was going to mount a Eotech, 45 can and light too.🤣 He ended up actually liking it.😄

Decided to fully dive into this turbo install and jumped off a cliff at the "while you're in there" step. 😅

I'll be bringing the head and block to a local machine shop at the end of the week and will continue to gather parts in the meantime.

I originally bought a donor engine to mock everything up and then discovered that it was needing a rebuild as well. I figured I would blow them both apart for fun. 😂
