I disagree. I'm a self-identified yuppie and I definitely off road. Also a "dink", but not sure anyone still used that one.Yuppies don't do off-road.![]()

Agree and disagree. Yuppies proficient in the outdoors seem to be on the decline overall. However, I'm also a yuppie but come from a heavy outdoor background through boy scouting. It's also a very expensive hobby so a bigger barrier to entry than before.I disagree. I'm a self-identified yuppie and I definitely off road. Also a "dink", but not sure anyone still used that one.

Not sure any of us wanted it to be an expensive hobby ... some of us just stumbled in to the price tag because we don't like compromise. It's only an expensive hobby if you want it to be.

The fun part is finding them, the sad part is putting them back.
I have had Toyo MTs on my rig for 10 years and never had a problem. Best tires I have ever run and the only tire I haven't cut the sidewall on.Thanks that is very helpful. On another note, have you had any issues with your Toyo MT’s? @samc2447 got some recently for his 80 and said it was undrivable on asphalt. He’d heard it from others too. Swapped for Duratracs after 1000mi. I just put Toyo MT’s on my truck but haven’t noted any issues except they grab well and will tend to oversteer (presumably because they’re new).
If you are looking for a long wearing, tough, durable mud tire that won't let you down, I don't think there is one out there that will top the Toyo. I ran them before switching to my Pro Comps. The sidewalls are so tough, you really need to air down (10 psi) to get them to flex well. I liked them but want something that is a little more forgiving. Stiff sidewalls = Stiffer ride. I am old, I want my comfort! I am happy with the Pro Comps but will change next time just to try something different.I have had Toyo MTs on my rig for 10 years and never had a problem. oof, I'm on Duratracs and have done many rocks etc without issue. Now I'm worried. I do only air down to 18psi on those tires though. If you are looking for a long wearing, tough, durable mud tire that won't let you down, I don't think there is one out there that will top the Toyo. I would stay far away from the Duratracs unless you stick to forest service roads. SOFT sidewalls. My brother sliced 3 of them, within 4 days of each other! I have heard many other similar stories. Good tire if you don't truly explore the outback.
Grabber x3 for the win. They get no loveoof, I'm on Duratracs and have done many rocks etc without issue. Now I'm worried. I do only air down to 18psi on those tires though.
