Made these two pieces for a phone mount. 3d printed in PETG. The one on the right goes behind the dash.

There aren't many options for where to put stuff like this on a 1993 dash, so this wasted space seemed like a natural fit.

Took my rear swaybar to the metal recyclers so it could join the front in swaybar dumpster heaven.

It wasn’t this weekend. But it was a COVID weekend and time no longer has any meaning.

I bought Ironman Pro Foam Cell shocks for the rear of my lifted 4th gen 4Runner and was so impressed they went on the rear of my lifted ‘04 Sequoia and then on the 80 (all four corners). These are 2.8’s and so far are exceptional (about 15K miles total across rigs). Especially for paying $199 per shock.

The rear had contact with the swaybar at full flex (did I mention these things are huge?) so I pulled the swaybar and gone was the stupid torsion bar understeer, way better without it installed. Bye.

She rallies up crappy FS roads with full load, incredible combo with the Dobi 4” Flexi coils.

First person who squalls about bus loads of nuns dying gets free shipping on my full rear swaybar rebuilt parts + Slee rear swaybar drop (the ball joint style). This is over $200 of stuff. Sing me a Big Safety song, mandatory “it’s probably illegal”, and I’ll ship lower 48 for $120.

Been a couple weekends ago, but:

I guess one cool thing I accomplished in order to do this......

I have a 3000 Watt pure sin wave inverter in the LC. I can power my laptop, drill battery charger, and a power miter saw from it. I have to feather the trigger on the saw to get it going, but it does it. The shop's welder/generator broke down, so we used my truck for two days to do what we had to do.

I installed a 250A circuit breaker at the battery, then ran a set of 00 cables from the battery into the cabin with an Anderson Connector mounted on the center console, right below the "factory" cupholder, then a matching Anderson connector and cables as a 6 ft "whip" on the inverter so I can move the inverter out any door or use in the back. Eventually, I will build a set of jumper cables that can connect here so I can jump start another vehicle from any open door on the truck.

I got this one because I can use it to charge the Power Wheelchair for our son.

I may build an attic rack to attach the inverter up there to give it airflow and keep it out of harm's way.

I have been thinking of doing this since I got my 4x4 labs rear bumper. I love this this thing, but Anyone that has one knows that opening and closing The latch can be a real PITA! Specially with my 37” tire mounted. I need that thing super tights otherwise it gets the shakes while driving. I knew I just needed a handle with more leverage. I found this $5 scraper / pry bar at harbor fright and had a exhaust shop weld it on to the handle for $20. It’s not perfectly straight, but it’s amazingly easier to open and close now. @ $25 all in, I highly recommend this if you have a rear latch that’s tough to open and close.

This is a GREAT idea. I have more issues with the rattling with the swing out moving up and down. Was thinking of creating a rubber piece under the tire swing out latch area to hold it down. I really like how the SLEE rear bumper has two individual vertical latches.

I have the same issue. I was thinking about a rubber wedge that helps it up when closed.
