Just a wee bit dirty.

Cheers

Finally checked off another box on the Test Mule. The AirManifold has been wired and installed. This thing was sitting in my wiring room for about a year because I was going to use it for another project. It never happened so here it goes. The use of AN fittings makes me really happy. Everything looks great and went together nicely. Having a York OBA system with my turbo is bringing a lot of joy.

So got some time to mess around with my 91 and empty some boxes that had been showing up on my door step.

1. Installed Bowfin Cruiser rack - love the look of it and just complete professionalism on the packaging and labeling of hardware. Only disappointment came from my 5YO son who was unimpressed by the lack of pictures in the instructions. He did manage to help but couldn't supervise. - actual instructions provided were very good.
2. Installed Delta ceiling storage rack - this is going to be awesome during fishing and hunting trips. Easy install and fits great.
3. KC Hilite install - just because I like the classic KC's and how they look on the ARB bumper.
4. Installed Rough Country winch- zero experience with these winches so let's see how it holds up. I have an 8274 I picked up off of craigslist that I am going to rebuild. One of the winches will end up on a car trailer.
5. Installed Alpine ILX-650 and new speakers in the door. Has Apple Car Play and a Sirius tuner so I am set for roadtrips now.

At this point I just need to get some time off-road with the vehicle, hunting season opening next week.

Cleaned and lubed (Sil-Glyde) the rubber channels for the rear sliding windows; now usable.

Changed out the plugs (like a bozo i forgot to order wires :frown:), painted the valve cover and installed a new gasket, cleaned the throttle body, replaced the not as pesky pesky heater hose that’s underneath the intake, and deleted my EG... I mean installed some key rings. Hopefully my high temp RTV holds up on the bottom plate, I used my last bit of gasket material up on another project

Mr T would be proud, or he would sue. One of the two.

After many years, and several thousand miles the zip-ties on my shaky mirror finally gave out, so I went to a more "permanent" solution: I drilled a small hole in each side of the break on the mirror and bent & inserted a piece of stuff wire to serve as rebar. Then filled with JB Weld around a mold and then ground down/milled out to fit and sanded smooth.

Test fit looks good. Although while doing it I discovered that my remaining plastic ear is wallered out, so I'm building it back up with JB Weld also.
