Yes, front only for increased articulation. Will be posting percentage of increase soon. Our test has concluded that rear disconnect will not yield any increase. This is providing the rear sway bar is set up correctly.
I may have to disagree, I've got a friend with an 80 with no front or rear sway bar and when his rear axle flexes out, his springs shoot out, literally. I'd say it gives increased articulation -- too much. (He now has custom brackets to hold his springs in.)
