They failed me in Sacramento area as well because of timing. Had to adjust back to stock so they would pass

This is exactly why I keep firing all my employees, and have stopped looking. I gave up...:frown:

Another 80 rear done.

I feel your pain. I'm now the one teaching the next generation of technicians, and finding those who care about doing the right thing is hard.

I just read a post on another forum about someone's bad experience at a Toyota dealer and it made me cringe. Sadly, I can't say that everyone I worked with would have done better.

Are you teaching T-Ten, @ToyotaDon ?

Unfortunately, no. The only T-Ten program currently in Northern California is at the private technical school which I shall not name.

While the fit, finish, welds and overall quality of this Arts n Crafts project of mine are not going to be anywhere near that of @reevesci and his bumpers, I think I do have something unique here in the form of custom TEQ gussets.

Nerd out on that folks.
Truly badass . Nicely done

Any idea when you will be stocking tough dog parts again? I just ordered a RTC stabilizer from Australia Id much rather buy local.

I'm out of some items like the RTC stabilizer. I have 20 more on the boat now that will be here is 3 weeks.

What are you looking for? PM me.

I absolutely love how prolific the 80 series land cruiser was in 90's hip hop.

In the beginning of this video, Raekwon pulls up in an 80.

If you listen to the lyrics of Wu-Tang Clan - Da Mystery Of Chessboxin' (one of the greatest hip hop songs of all time imo), during Raekwon's verse (which I believe was the 3rd one if I'm remembering correctly now) he says "Me and the clan in Yota landcrusiers out there."

It's really interesting to see how well respected it was as a luxury vehicle of the time.

I wish gas was only $2.39 a gallon here :frown:

Got 16mpg average for a tank at 72mph.

With a 6.2L v8.

Cue the evil laughter
