didnt i tell you not to let women drive the 80!! how many more 80s have to be sacrificed until people realize they should not let females drive! on and off road!..hell they shouldnt even be operating a blender, let alone a garage door!

that dent looks good though! lol

Wow you sure treat your women like queens! drive them around everywhere, feed them and won let let them open a garage door! Wow! Women must love and worship you.....Er I mean let you worship them.:D

Passed our impromptu recovery class on a quick appalachian getaway

Hurrican creek road at the tn/nc line off i-40. Easy county road under threat of closure due to a**hats tearing up adjoining private property. Enjoy and tread lightly. Check out max patch at the top and forge through to hot springs nc to relax by the french broad.
Where is this at?

OH ok, I've heard of that, I'll have to check it out before it gets shut down! You just can't have anything nice anymore...

Worship is such a harsh word! I worship the land cruiser gods so I dont overheat or break down on the trail! I don't worship my women, they are like tools...use them and toss them.

Yeah I do buy them a Chanel or LV bags here and there but I expect 3 hot meals on the table and a spic and span house!

I drive them around because I am doing mankind a favor by keep one less female from driving..:smokin:

A little father/son time this weekend. Rainier filled the sky and our senses.

Had a little white showing I didnt like that has been driving crazy with my flip up closed. Nothing a little black spray paint and masking paper couldnt take care of. One less OCD item on my list.:D

While the paint dried I applied Gummi Pflege Stift to all the rubber molding on the truck.:flamingo: I love this stuff thanks to a friend for an awesome auto care gift.

Great group/weather/food. Couldn't ask for a better trip. However, it doesn't get any easier the second time around!

Just a little body damage on that last photo

Purchased a set of used blinkers to replace both of mine due to cracks. The seller was very upfront about the lights having no damage but very faded, no problem. Less than 5 minutes with the Ports-Cable buffer and some Mequiars and I have a set of bright and shinny like new lights. Before and after pic.

Another item off the never ending to do list.

The last pic does not look like it will buff out:(

Forgot to mention during my little trip to big bear the king steering damper performed distinctively better the the OME damper I had on, I went through basically the same trails for a more apple to Apple comparison.

on bumpy fire road the steering wheel should wiggle when using OME but no wiggle at all with king's damper, feels like I'm driving a car on bumpy road.

On gold mountain which is a more challenging trails where the steeing wheel would turn up to a quarter turns due to bumps with OME but with King's damper it's just 5-15 degree wiggle.

Overall king's steering damper make the steering very tight and more car like even through the rough, very comfortable and smoooooth.

Hit up big bear with couple of big net buddies of mine. Let them drive the 80 on gold mountain because I need to spot them. Fantastic day but my buddy backed the 80 into a tree so I have my first trail body damage.

I had the weekend off. Been working 15-16 hr days for the past 19 days. Got some things done around the house Saturday morning then headed out to go fishing and camping with my son. Just pulled in to our secret spot and he said he had to go to the bathroom. Long story short, we didn't camp or fish Saturday. We came home and got up early Sunday to go fishing. 5 hrs of fishing and caught two baby large mouth bass.

Still better than a day working.

Wet sanded the windows and moonroof on the 93. I wasn't real diligent with masking them off a few weeks ago. I think I am finally ready to pull the trigger on Monstaliner or Line X for the whole rig. My painting skills are lacking.

I forgot how to delete a redundant post. The dang delay while using my phone made it look like my post never upladed, but it did.

A little trail damage. Not happy. Taking it to the body shop to see what they can do and how much.

Hopefully you can blame it on someone else ;)

Be somewhat glad is the passengers side. The piece of molding that covers the rear clearance light on the drivers side is not long available anywhere in the world new.
