finished reassembling the engine with complete desmog.
I left nothing of the system, closed all holes and pipes.
much more space which I will use for the second battery and a compressor
Turned on the engine and reached the operating temperature the idle was at 750.
In my opinion it is more aggressive at low revs.
Thanks for the info I found in the forum

Patched a nasty oil leak. The plug in the upper left on the back of the 2F block has been leaking for years and hundreds of thousands of miles. I've sealed a couple of times with black silicone and that patch would last for tens of thousands of miles until the leak would become overly nasty. I replaced the clutch a little over a month ago and tried JB Weld as a patch this time. Didn't work. In less than a thousand miles the leak was serious, 2F losing > 1 qt of oil in 150-200 miles. I was back in today and filled the cavity with Permatex Right Stuff, actually overfilled, then cut a square of thin aluminum from a drink can to overlay the Right Stuff. Bolted on the bellhousing to further smash in the silicone. I expect this to work until it doesn't.

Finally got my speedometer to read correctly. When I was going 65 my speedo read 55. I’ve heard about this speedo guy in SAC, CA for years but I hadn’t found him until someone on this thread posted about him recently (thank you very much). This guy was great. You call him, tell him your speedo speed and your GPS speed and a day later you get the adapter. Install took 60 seconds. Took longer to find my adjustable pliers.

Have had a rear ARB locker for about 2 years, recently I had Georg @orangefj45 install a front ARB locker. The other day after retuning from wheeling, I noticed a very small amount of gear oil had sprayed from the rear locker solenoid, up on the compressor. The locker I installed, not the one Georg did.🙉🙈🙉

Here is a cut & paste of my log book entry. Hope I don’t have to open up the diff.

FJ60 ARB LOCKER MAINTENANCE: After wheeling & using both lockers several times, after returning home I noticed a small amount of GEAR OIL had come out of the REAR LOCKER ONLY solenoid. The most common cause of this happening is a plugged up axle vent hose.

So this is what I did: removed the rear axle hose & blew through it. It was not completely plugged up but may have been partially impeded. Actually replaced the hose with a spare 5/16 that is about 6 inches longer to allow for axle droop. This is a somewhat common problem & the most common solution. We shall see.

You will like the Wildpeak's. I run them in 285/70r16 on FN Wheels 5 stars. I like the steelie look on your rig. It beats the 4 runner wheels to death!
Thanks!! I'm headed out this weekend and will go through Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and cross south to Mexico. I will see how they performe on and off road. Never had the wildpeaks prior to this but they took very little weight to balance.
The 4 runner wheels were on temporarily to clear the calipers. I wasn't ready to pull the trigger on the tires due to debating tire size.
