What were your symptoms? I’m having idling issues, wondering if it’s the carb or a vacuum leak
I had it setting a while and it went thru a cold winter. I didnt winterize it. It wouldnt start but so I troubled shooted from gas tank to line to carb and it was leaning to my carb. My secondary main jet was clogged and had a lot sencondary issues. I didnt have idle issues prior to the carb rebuild.
I can tell the difference for sure. I dont think it would hurt redoing the lines. All of my lines were original.

Fixed my transfer case rear oil seal leak using @orangefj45 youtube video
Love that he shows how to use the 54MM hub socket as a gasket set tool. Worked like a charm.

Hook a vac gauge up, if you're having idling issues, its usually vacuum leak/incorrectly routed hoses. Rough time starting cold, rough/flat spots during acceleration are usually carb/fueling related. Both should be checked, but a vac gauge will tell you where to start.

Update: still leaks oil. Turns out it’s the timing plate, so the cam will have to come out. Great. 😕
Yeah that happened to me too. I just bought a bag of kitty litter and called it good. For now.

@mattressking Thanks! I think I figured it out.....exhaust manifold leak. Sound possible? All vacuum lines are fine, but noticing some exhaust at the air rail and the manifold. I think I’ll redo all vacuum lines, check and if I still have issues move to the air rail and manifold gasket

Vescovo Toyota oem parts site. Partsouq was a bit more expensive and Vescovo had free ground shipping. Toyota Parts and Accessories Online - Vescovo Toyota of Las Cruces in Las Cruces, NM - https://parts.vescovotoyota.com/
Thanks a bunch @Cincodemustache
It never occurred to me that the OEM bumpers were still available. Had my Toyota connection look into it. Also didnt realize 60 and 62 bumpers were different.

Either way....have them inbound.

Be warned, my wife is really angry at you

gear oil from a leaking axle or just brake fluid from a leaky wheel cylinder mixed with brake material? Mine looked like that and I replaced both the seal and the cylinder. If you replace the oil seal, you'll need to take off the rear diff cover and pull the axle clips out. Might as well knock out that broken stud and press in another while it's off. I also pulled and replaced the axle bearing behind the seal...figured might as well while I was in there.

I think your connection used to be my connection. Tell Joe Rob to get those bumpers at cost to save you some anger from your wife.

Thanks! I was so happy to get the tire off of the roof rack. Hope to get the lights wired in tomorrow and move the license plate. Was running out of daylight.
I am too chicken to put my tire up on the roof rack. 60 sways enough in the corners. Where are you gonna put your High-Lift? I'm thinking to put it in the tailgate or on the back of the roof rack.
