For $300 dollars the I drive better effing be amazing. I never noticed a throttle lag on the GX but sometimes you don’t know you want something until your shown something new. Please report back and let me know how great it is or isn’t....

Got the 4Runner rims on, removed the height selection switch and put in the cubby hole, leds in the running boards, xenon yellow fog light bulbs and washed it. Plotting the front lift now.....

My Prado 120 is the 2.7 model so it has great benefit in the lag department. So far, I’ve left it in Automatic mode and it’s performed as advertised. Much easier up hills and such now.

The pedal commander seems to be respectable and work.

Hopefully this helps with my key-cracking trend:

I went thru several keys between me and my wife’s RX. I ended up getting the solid Lexus key with the yota md colored fob holder. On the key chain. That is a good idea too. Noticed the dealer in Charlotte offered a unbreakable version of the factory key also.

Got the door handle plastic cubby hole things yesterday. Hit another trail from the book today. Switzerland Trail by Boulder. I saw someone else post about it here somewhere. It’s “easy” in the book and there was nothing steep or technical but it was rocky. Way more people using this area than the trail I went on last weekend but still nice. I stopped twice to pick up old empty beer cans that I saw on the trail. Unreal.

Finished changing the trim on the rear quarter panel. Wasn't that bad removing the two bolts that hold the glass in place. Just need to pull the weather seal and pop out the C pillar trim enough to get a long 1/4" 10mm socket in there. No more chrome trim on the GX.

You have more front end sag than I did pre-lift. My 2" lift resulted in 4". That V-8 does a number on the springs over the years.

The tires may be part of the illusion, they’re 285/70s. The rear is coil swapped and measures 24” from center of wheel to bottom of flare.

Which coils did you swap into the rear? The height looks nice. Our GX came with the rear bags already replaced with coils, but unknown as to what kind. Original suspension shocks remained in place to tune the ride, but they will not last for long if the front bumper arrives before winter.

Looks great that is my plan for today as well...

Mounted 295/70/17 Toyo RTs, and loving them so far!

No idea actually. The previous owner had it done. I’ve looked all over for a part number but none I’ve seen. Maybe I need to wash them and see.

I washed the exterior (round 1 of many) to start peeling off 3 months of travel and wheeling. I think I transported 13 different states worth of dirt to GA.

Vlad, you’re making me cringe! I detail cars for work! Sounds like you need a clay bar treatment for sure. Lol. I know they’re for off roading but I still try to maintain mine when it’s not on the trails just because it is still a Lexus. Officially offering forum members discounted details if traveling through northern Colorado at discounted rates. I’m kind of a gx Detailing expert at this point.

I didn't have anything to work with as I was driving/camping/flying back and forth for 3 months. I just had local car washes between events and drives to beat down the dust and dirt.
