Pulled the rear passenger door card off to access the spinning lock. Got it hosed down with PB blaster and worked all the mechanisms, works and shuts like a champ now. Best door on the pig.

Moved onto the front passenger door, went to roll the window down and the glass popped out of the regulator. ๐Ÿ˜ก. Pulled the glass out of the door and set it aside to not damage it. Then sprayed the front lock assembly. Had a tough time getting it to seat in the latch on the b pillar. Would be half in and out, but shut. Then I started playing with the window lock โ€œTโ€ at the top of the door. Up and down. Mustโ€™ve worked something, then the door decided to latch fully.

Drivers side to go lock to goโ€ฆ.

Any tips or what to use on getting the glass back in the regulator? The seal is dry toast. When I did my 73 FJ40 glass it was a pain to get the glass seated.

Cleaned out the back a little bit. Almost thinking about getting ready for Rubithon. Dumped out the too big black box of trail spare stuff that never fit right between the wheel hump and tailgate, found a slightly smaller box that does fit and still holds most of the stuff. Still need to find a good spot for the valve job gasket set (with two head gaskets) and seven quarts of oil.

Rubithon is coming!!!
It looks like you have a few trail spares....

Man, the first time we went to Cruise Moab I had just gotten the Mud Hen running and took off. I broke the rear sway bar and came down with a case of stretchy nuts on the u bolts. Best part of the trip was meeting J Mack. You'll have a great time!
Meeting @J Mack is the high point of everyone's trip!

I think they call it glass tape - new soft, sticky rubber strip on a roll that you can wrap around the bottom of the glass.
Get it wet w/ soapy water and then tap it into the regulator...

Polishing my Pig one piece at a time. I've always liked the earlier dizzys, with the octane adjuster and that little brass oiler thing. Thought I might clean one up, add a Pertronix and run it.
