Yea, even on brass that may be a wee bit much. On aluminum radiators in the 80's I usually go until the fluid starts looking dark/blackish. If it is just the core letting go, then think about a high density replacement core. I've had great luck with mine.Oops...I left it full strength and let it sit overnight.
I've been meaning to take it back to a 3-row core...guess this is a good time.
Tuff break on the radiator. I usually dilute the pool juice 50% and rock it back and forth to agitate it some. I dump and flush when I see it getting good color, then do the whole cycle again. Usually don't see any color gain on the second pass. Usually I don't leave it in for more than 5-10 minutes. John
