You need a brass drift to remove the old races. And a tool to remove oil seals comes in handy.Getting ready to rebuild the front knuckles and wheel bearings on a HZJ73. Also going to do the full conversion to manual hubs from the e-hubs. Getting everything from Cruiser Outfitters. Still putting together everything I think i need. I found a bearing and seal driver kit on amazon
Can anyone confirm these sizes will get me through the job. I am finding these are the ones people use for an 80 series rebuild, but can't find anything definitive on a 70 series, and I don't know for certain the 80 series has the same parts.
- Bearing driver set includes 1pc driver and 9 different size collars/discs:39.5mm, 44.5mm, 50mm, 59mm, 63mm, 65mm, 72mm, 76mm and 81mm
Thanks,
Sean

My problem with buying extra parts, is I forget that I did it and then buy the same thing again. Or I forget where I put them/can't find them, until I do buy them again, then find the item I already had when I go to put the new one away.![]()

They are all 24V bulbs. Can’t remember if your cruiser is 12V or 24V.
The 12V ones seem very easy to get here in the states.
24 for the win, so those PNs are super helpful to me
Nice job, Matt.![]()
