Replaced left front window motor and some trim today window works much better. Still need to replace run channel. Then trim and run channels on all the windows at some point
The runs are the key - even more than the motors imho

Little update from RLCA replacement. Wasn’t able to work on it Saturday because of Mothers Day stuff but ended up working on it Sunday and Monday.

Frame side mount was getting beat up on both sides from the low lift so straightened it out and welded some plate to it for reinforcement. Then decided to add a “slider” to it out of some DOM.

Saw a little trick to make a mirrored piece of tubing with odd angles. Once you have your first piece cut, wrap it with paper nice and tight. Then cut off the paper not on the tube itself. Once cut you can wrap the paper on another piece of tube and trace it out. Worked perfect.

Look at that fancy carpet! and I though my work space was nice!!!

Looks like rain is more and more up near Afton for Friday so despite what I said at the meeting we're not gonna hit bald anymore Saturday. :(

For the folks messing with stereo set ups, repurposing the 97 factory subwoofer bracket seems like it’s gonna be a decent spot for the amp.

Figured while I was doing engine wiring to just do all the wiring.

Obv., made all the wire connections before mounting and will be kind of a PITA to adjust levels, but hopefully that is a 1 or 0 time thing.

It’s nice when crawling around on my back. Also it doesn’t catch of fire when welding for some reason…. Hope I didn’t just jinx myself.

LOL. at first thought you were working in the living room... haha

Didn’t know the tach is actually adjustable. Modifying to receive 4 pulses / rev for the swaptime module. Thank you @NeverFinis for the bench testing with the wave generator and figuring this out.

I have some nice OVS drawers that would work great back there

Got all the brake lines situated. Ran into an issue after everything was in where a small hole opened up on an existing hard line from me moving it a little bit but thankfully I had an extra line ordered and was able to bend it to the correct shape. Glad to have some more reliable lines now. Big thanks to @Land Shark and his son for coming over and helping me bleed them on a whim.

Looks like there was a lot going on this weekend with the club (separately) .

My son and I got the camper squared away to about 75% over the weekend. RTT mounted, Tonneau cover installed, old galley and gear drawers in place. Now to mount stabilizers, awnings, and privy room.

Is that cover made for that or a pickup? Looks like a perfect fit.
Near perfect fit but had to add some angle to the inside to ensure it clamped down properly. I did have to shift it to the rear to make sure it covered the tail gate all the way. Made for a 2020 Ford 150 8' bed
