Yeah I couldn’t find the link either but wasn’t sure what the kit was called so maybe not searching it correctly. You think it’s worth my time call? What’s the cost for the whole set up? I also have old 4runner mirrors so sit lower and have a different look should work fine

How bad do you want them...?
I dont think there is a "KIT" out there..but Im sure there has to be a few used-sets out there for sale..
I dont know of any, but check with the diesel folks in AU, UAE and EU.. mine came from the EU
I got lucky to have someone offer the whole package and jumped on it...
These were around 5 bills, and sat on them for about 4 years to actually have the time to install them...
I wanted to do it right and do it once... in the process did some changes to the door cards and these really helped the installation..
Take your time and do a few complete dry fits and you'll be golden...
when and if you do these... you'll endup spending the same money for other parts as you will want to upgrade all the lil parts to make it all look awesome...
I too grew up with these windows and want me lil one to have that experience...
Cant believe these rigs did not come with installed from factory.....

How much do your windows open? I never thought about relocating the mirror, I figured the window wouldn't open much/any farther then it hitting the mirror, since I assumed that non-US 60's that had these windows had the mirrors in the same spot, no?
With mirrors in stock location, these open at around 95°-100° angles, with mirrors relocated these open fully at 130° angle
I moved them enough so that the window clears the mirror stud...
fully open..
the other thing is that I could barely see anything on the pass side mirror with the vent window open...

GOSH I want these pretty bad. the first time I saw them I had no idea 60s had that option. So $500 wouldn't be bad to get them in my eyes. Im going to start asking around. So ill see what the next few days hold. Thanks guys for all the info. im going to go any call them tomorrow to see what I can find out. Once I find everything I might reach back out to see how things need to be installed etc.

Wow, I had no idea. I'll look into moving my mirrors too. You're right about the passenger window, that always struck me as odd.
I want want these as I have no a/c but it looks like all the soft rubber is not available anymore. Would definitely want these to be done right... Anyone have info on aftermarket sources
