Good call. JimC is a man who would know what to do with these types of things. :)

Definitely a goner, Kurt.

Thanks for checking!

I actually snagged one that a dealer in Washington state had sitting on the shelf. We sold through our last ones and I wanted to have at least one as a reference point for the future.

Curious if the tubes or liners on the split rim tires are still available.

I couldn’t find or figure out a part number from the Japan Parts website, though there are lots of part numbers for tires it seems.

It doesn't need to be OEM. I think @JohnnyC can tell you where to get it.

Tubes and flaps (liners) can be bought at most any tractor supply store or truck service center I go to GCR ... they are a national company

Common sizes are the 750r16 ... you can get a 700r16 if that small sizer is your thing :)

900r16 for sizes 35+

TR150 valve is a rubber valve that is bendable (I use that one) firestone tube pn# 552962

Tr75a is the brass rigid valve

You need to get offset valves and flaps (liners) I had not seen a single 750r16 with tr150 come any other way but offset

Tr75a can come either way centered or offset

The flap sizes come in 700/16 or 750/16 or 825/16 .... even 900/16

As usual @JohnnyC provided everything you need to know and more. In this case it's on the liners and tubes for split rims.

Get your own @Onur

Love those guitars ... the ones with just the T were later 70’s

They also had an electric and a bass they came out mid/later 70’s

Afaik they stopped either 79-80

Almost had one of the early acoustic guitars (60’s)... they had a plate that was nailed on the head

This was on ebay not too long ago...

Diesel-only.
That would explain why they were never on the North American trucks. It seemed odd, to me, to be a non-USA part.
But being a diesel-only part makes perfect sense. Did all diesel 40-series have them, or just the B-series? I don't think I've ever seen one on an HJ45/7.

We have an HJ47 pickup but I do not recall if it has one. The vehicle is on loan to us and I have not studied it very closely. I can tell you that the diesel hoods themselves are different due to the additional insulator mounting tabs that have been fitted. When I get back to the museum I'll have to open the hood on that one and take a look.

I like Kiitos better and they are a bit closer. :)
