Jim! That's the G.R.O.S.S fort! Gotta to love it! I am sure th boys are in heaven there.
...and they know all about the G.R.O.S.S. Fort. They got the Calvin and Hobbes anthology for Christmas. I think Seamus has found his messiah.

And changed out the supercharger oil. I'd say it was due, it stunk to high heavens and the new was clear.

Ewwwwww

You putting the snork back?

Yep. Unless someone has a moonglow pass side fender

Just pulled to reseal windshield but do like the naked look

That's pretty sweet.
Make a bunch.
Call it "Tactical".
Sell them to everyone but @JohnVee

It looks cool but what about sitting on the tailgate and drinking beer or loading real actual man cargo (heavy coolers full of beer, transmissions, kegs, naked chicks, cylinder heads, kegs, heavy coolers full of beer, etc.) across the tailgate? Oops! I think I mentioned beer more than once. Oh, and beer.

We are also big fans of tailgate sitting.

Plan is to build a platform that is the same height as the lower tailgate when closed, a slide on top for the YETI and the beer. Naked Chicks, haven't had to worry about that in a long time. I'm going to stick the spare in the cargo under the platform for now. I don't like taking up that much cargo with the spare but after the bumper, tires, lift, and sliders, wife's approval of a rear bumper is not likely anytime soon.

I like the idea of tailgate sitting, I just never seem to do it. Between the camp chair and the ENO 95% of my time is accounted for.

We're old, run hard and put up wet, we sit a lot

Hell, I've sat down just to watch you guys sit before. I'm hoping to modify one of those stair climber things to the drivers seat and have a track along the side to the back. HAMOM?

If the naked chick is a real outdoorsy type, when she sits on the tailgate, the Velcro might hold her there.

I see you've dated a girl from Portland before

I really like that idea though. Going to make one myself

A little wrenching. The Greensboro area cruiser folks are planning to get together on Tuesday and here I was with coolant coming out the back of the block. Time to take action.

I was fortunate. The intake manifold gasket failed and can often allow coolant to drain into the lifter valley. Oil is nice and clean so, provided I'm careful, can keep junk out of the crankcase.

Cell phone camera allowed me to see the leak on the back of the engine ....

Pull everything down .....

Do some parts cleaning .....

Be super sure mating surfaces are clean, dry, and clean.

And bolt back together .....

Step 6 ....... :beer::beer::beer:

Took advantage of the sunny afternoon to work on the wheel project. My fingers hurt from all the sanding but prep work is the key.

3 done....1 to go!
