2006 100 series:

Looking at your Front and Rear extended sway bar links, but I don't know if I need them or not. What lift range do you recommend these for?

I only have the 2" OME medium kit, and don't plan on installing any more lift, in fact, the front is still lower than the rear, and I don't yet have a diff drop on it.

Thanks in advance!

Definitely you want them. I've just got slightly cranked factory t-bars in the front, and OME 865 springs in the rear maintaining the factory rake (with the non-adjustable tough dog shocks all around) and the extensions are great. Paired with new sway bar bushings they made a noticeable improvement in ride quality and handling.

Jason,

I tried searching the thread for your posts and "rear bumper" but can't find the pictures I'm pretty sure I've seen before.

I'm closer and closer to buying each trip I take with my mangled tupperware rear bumper. Almost pulled the trigger on a 4X4L the other day. I'd really love to see more of your product if there are some pics available. I did catch the pricing and options post.

Hi Jason, do you have an ETA for 1" body lifts to be back in stock?

I have one available, but the radiator brackets are bare metal. My coater has been closed. If you are interested in painting or powdering these 2 L brackets yourself PM me for a discounted price.

Otherwise we are running more 1" aluminum pucks and should have these back in stock in a couple of weeks.

No real interest in bumpers so no further plans have been made.

@MongooseGA Yeah interesting that all my widgets are popular but no interest in bumpers or racks. Sliders are always a hot seller for the 100s.

Oh well. Hopefully the 100 SAS conversion kit isn't a bust.

J
J,

I think quite a few people are eager for this SAS kit ;)

C,

I have all the dims set for the 80 axle under the 100 now.

I finally sourced someone that I can trust to make me CrMo inners (Ford to Yota) for the custom axle set up. Just need to get some customer rigs outta the shop so I can work on the 100s for a few weeks.

New parts are getting dusty.

Wild. I ran into a guy last year that had your rear bumper on a 200, and it was amazing. Really well thought out and super clean.

I ended up with BIOR (and don't regret it at all) but I wish your skill had an outlet in the 100 series bumpers.

@MongooseGA I think they are in a different thread midway down: 100 series rear bumper

Diff drops are STILL ON SALE and I have another batch coming in from powder tomorrow. They will be back in stock on Wednesday.

I will be making another 10 sets of UCAs this week as well. I do have one set on the shelf that is not on the website. PM me if interested, otherwise about 10-12 days out.

Sliders are about a week turnaround now on bare metal and I have 2 pair available at powder now. We have 20 sets cut and bent and ready to weld out.

Tough Dog re-stock is about 3 weeks out on the boat and I may have an air order beat the boat here pending a couple of customers.

Ordered a couple sets of high flow 1.75" tube headers from Australia this evening and a cat back system. I have a Mudder taking one of the header sets and then I will be checking everything to make sure these will have the proper bungs for all the sensors, etc. If not, the exhaust mfg will add whatever/wherever I request them to be. These are long tube headers not stubbys. So, cutting and relocating the first 8-10" of piping and flange is needed. Nothing any muffler shop can't handle or most with welding skills.

J-

Curious about the status of the headers- did these come in? Interested in these, also to know any performance results (if any different from the DT header). Would be great to have another option to DT.

Thanks

Right when I decided to buy a rear shock guard for my LC it's sold out.

Just installed the front and rear sway bar links, rear lower control arm skids, and UCA's. Just missing the rear shock guards to complete my Trail Tailor super set! (I already installed the 1 inch body lift, rear antenna mounts, and the front tow points before)

Now that I think Jason makes such good stuff I already spent over $1500 on his product.

Hey Jason I should be getting a discount on my next purchase!

Just cut 10 pair yesterday. Should be available by this weekend.

Shocks guards are available on the website. Some are already gone looks like.

I agree - is there any chance of you deciding to manufacture these?

At the current state of things no is the simple answer. It's just Andrea and I right now in the fabshop and AJ and I part time in the mechanic shop. After tomorrow I'm caught up in the fabshop and I'll be full time on a 200 custom one off bumper order and then coil conversions and more R&D on the 100 SAS kit. This kit will be ready to go SOON.

Ordered up a set of full tred sliders yesterday. Been wanting to do some of these mods for years. Finally have the funds to do it. Excited to get them.
