You know what happens to a lifted Land Cruiser 100 with a Trail Tailor steel bumper on the front when you're driving at 65mpg to your bike ride in the morning and you hit a deer?

Nothing.

Poor health outcome for the deer, but not a scratch on the truck. Nothing.

Hitting something like that in our Hyundai or Corvette would have been bad, possibly catastrophic.

Thanks, Jason!

As someone who recently retired from “the city”, to “the country” about a year ago, headlights & deer protection seem much more important. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I only have your extended sway bar links on my LX470 but they're fabulous.

@Deflagrate I have the TT UCAs too.

The Cruiser Outfitter link you posted are for ball joints that go in the factory UCAs.

43310-39016 looks like the part # for an older model Tundra.

SB3841 should be the correct 555 part number for our application (2010 Tundra).

For 100 series, are the TT sway bar links meant as an option for factory replacement or are they only required for lifted 100 series? It looks like they are longer than stock? I have LX470, stock (working) AHC. I have broken several sway bar links. Looking for the beefier option, if it fits. Thx.

They are intended to correct sway bar geometry when lifted. If you put them on a stock height suspension the bushings will likely be bound up in the opposite way that lifted suspension bushings will be bound up when combined with standard length links.

Are you breaking OEM or aftermarket Toyota links?

Curious about what is breaking? The stud portion?

For me, they break at the stud to pipe section joint. Left one in the pic.
The one on the right in the pic was the first one I broke in Moab. I had to wait a few days for parts. So in the meantime I had a shop weld it back together for temporary repair.

I just want to verify these are the correct one. I had a handful of things done at a shop, and the ball joints were going to be among them, but they said these didn't fit. I asked them what size the mounting hole on the UCA is, and they said 46mm. I measured the SB3841 at 46.36mm, so it seems like it should fit, maybe a slight interference fit (not sure how precise their measurement was). Wondering if these are fine and I should go to another shop or just pick up a ball joint press kit from HF and do it myself.
