Sliders made today and off to powder.... AND AGAIN more weld pictures of my sliders (legs and frame) have been requested....

I'm not being a dick here... but you guys chose to buy a product other than mine for 25-75.00 less from someone else... DEAL WITH THOSE WELDS YOU PAID FOR. I already posted pics of my welds and if you want to see more, buy my product next time...

Cheers

J

Some people's children. :meh:

NOT BEING A DICK HERE... to other vendors... but Jason's products are of exceptional quality. I could not be more impressed with the sliders I received. His customer service is top notch before and after the sale! I didn't want to paint my antenna mount the quality was so good!! Buy you stuff elsewhere, it reduces my lead time the next time I purchase Jason's products!

That's some funny s***... Andrea says that's worth free shipping on your next order funny!

HA!

Can't wait to see the quality in person.

A nice clear coat would be just fine if you like the metal art, in my opinion.

@TRAIL TAILOR I cannot believe how fast those UCAs came back from powder. Also this weld thing is ridiculous to me, aren't we smashing them on rocks?

I did just that....clearcoat....until I can get back from my 1st trip with them. Who knows, may leave them “natural”.....they really are a work of art to me!
Pics soon

I was commissioned by @abuck99 to make some 2nd row platform mounts. I'll run about 20 sets of these on Wednesday and get them powdered.

Seats out, brackets in. Here's a pic of the brackets in place and 63QT Fridge tied to brackets with no platform. Platform isn't required for securing the fridge as you can see, but I'll be building the platform this weekend to mount fridge, GZ Yeti 1000, and a few other goodies.

I'll be interested to see your platform build. I think this is an awesome idea.
Got the deck designed, built and rhino lined yesterday. It aint goose gear but it will get the job done. Still need to add the tiedown system ( aircraft L- track) and its ready to roll. Seat delete brackets worked perfectly. Thanks J.

Im going to do a thread on this project once I have it wrapped up.

Well done sir!

That new Miller welder is getting the job done!

The new Miller 255s are awesome and can't say enough about the 210DX Pulse TIG either.

I have 6 Millers now and still want two more... I've gotten where I want one machine for each process I want... I hate breaking down and setting up the machines for a few parts. It only takes 10-15 minutes.... But seems I'm doing this more often than not....
