Communication is key! Vendors who are great communicate well to their customers. Those who lose business over-promise and under-communicate.

That is correct. Sounds like you have dealt with him before. I am still waiting for the manuals that were supposed to have been sent.

i created one single place to professionally communicate anything parts related , when i chose this was the most efficient way forward as in getting the parts bag log to a ZERO level , i posted this link below , and stated that i would no longer reply to this thread ....
please use the method that is designed to work best for you and your parts the best way possible ,,,

So I got my order yesterday. However, it wasn’t without him accusing me of a bunch of stuff that simply isn’t true. Not only did he send me this rambling diatribe via mud PM, but then he included a printout on cyberstalking with chicken scratch signed by his “family” with the order. All this for a gas cap that took two months to get. I guess I’ll just have to get my super-top-secret gold plated factory rated Toyota key somewhere else. 😂😂😂

i ordered a set up battery cables back on march 12........ still nothing no reply. i have sent multiple emails and DMs .... radio silent. asked to start a refund process may 4.... no response. Awesome feeling knowing you paid for something and you got nothing in return.

Whoaaa thats pretty wild. I am out too! I feel bad about him and his store and people ragging on him and I eventually got parts but it took almost a month or more on both orders. He should hire more help. quality parts but not worth the hassle of constant emails and Pms and frustrations and weird interactions. Especially when I needed those parts quicker to get the old fj40 running right. between city racer, Cruiser teq, Cruiser corps, Cruiser cult, and SOR you can find most of these parts. Id hate to see him go the way of wits end and that crazy turbo kit.

after tonight's stunt here of demanding things long after a case was closed & the rated R use of foul language that does indeed violate MUD rules

Hi @ToyotaMatt , can you please ship my order and provide shipping details here. No communication since you said "Stand By" a few days ago. Remember you sending me only some of the parts? Ive never had to beg a vendor to send me the parts I paid for? Thank you.
