Didn’t realize this program would ever benefit me, but in searching for rear brake hard lines 47326-60020 and 47325-60020, I was impressed. The usual online parts stores had good prices but $400 freight charges once I got in the digital checkout. Shocked, I checked a local dealer at the parts counter, slightly worse parts pricing, free shipping but was quoted a 3 month lead time. Not to be dissuaded, I tried eBay and there they were, reasonable price and free shipping from a vendor in Japan. They arrived 8 days after ordering. Cross checked the heritage program, and sure enough, there they were. Thanks Mr. T!

Awesome, and good to know! I've gotten several OEM new parts from Ebay, thankfully!

I am chasing a fuel filter 04234-30010 for my 1964 FJ40, they are not available in Australia and have filled out the form. Fingers crossed Toyota Heritage come good.

Still widely available

Looking for clear (not green) OEM windshield for my 75 40, being told it is best to order through a Toyota dealer.

Getting different results for part number...?
75 seems to be the split year between part numbers?

56111-90301-A
56111-60040-A
56389-90302

???
Not the place for part requests. This thread is only about the Heritage Program out of Japan.

Can we prepare a Master List of Parts required by Members for period up to 06/10/2025 (2 Months period) & submit it to Toyota ? If it works, we shall forward every 2 months.
Collective request may have more weight than individual. However those who require very urgently may affect.

Were these actually NLA parts? To my knowledge unless things changed Heritage parts were not available to dealers in the US. It's the third party in Japan that caused these to be so expensive.
Been looking for this part for years, 1740161090. It's a couple feet piece of header piper that replaces the awful header pipe used 79/80 in the US. I know it's part of the Heritage program and a few vendors have source them here in the US. Cheapest I can find is over $1,100 plus shipping. Can find a listing for the part still showing the piece in the Middle East before becoming NLA inder $170.

What this thread could use is the first post to Heritage site in Japan showing what parts on list and the actual cost in Japan.

Few points I maybe wasn’t too clear on, and maybe I’m not totally sure. But,
-all the normal domestic parts places were showing NLA.
-the part number was listed in the heritage parts documentation on the Toyota website
-there was only one vendor on eBay listing the part for a normal price, and that vendor was from Japan (so I assumed they were sourcing from the program, vs new old stock inventory)
-Ironically, last week I found another one of this exact line in my parts stash, I figure I bought it in 2017ish!

It’s not been my experience that the 3rd party in Japan is responsible for the price increases, at least not any more than US demand for Japan-sourced parts has historically pushed pricing up as well.

l source parts from all over... so far the best deals l'm getting are in Australia & Japan...

Just because US dealers show a part as NLA doesn't automatically mean it's part of the Heritage program. I've been buying parts for other markets that couldn't bought from a dealer in the US long before the Heritage program. Years ago Toyota remove parts that believed were never used in the US. That included parts for FJ40s prior to 3/69. Early TNK wiper motor were available from Toyota but those ended 9/67. Toyota had to be convinced that imported here to get them. In a few cases I've been lucky and purchased here and around the world before they went NLA. Many cases was too late. A vendor shows available and would order. Less than 50% of the time the vendor would actually have the part. Some cases the vendor would show the parts as NLA after my order. Just as many still show the parts with a price. None of these were Heritage program parts

This thread is supposed to be solely about parts offered only thru the Heritage program. Vendors in other markets around the world still have NOS parts not available to use in the US. Those do not qualify as Heritage program parts.

A valuable tool would be a direct link to the Heritage program parts available thru the program at the beginning of this thread to help with confusion what is truly in the program.

Maybe you’re confused about my post. I clearly stated the part was listed on the Heritage parts list. That’s why I posted here in the first place.

Edit:
Adding link
Page 6, line 63.

Furthermore, the program is not static. Parts are added and removed dynamically, it seems, as the list shows an update date of March 2025.

$1,000 plus shipping 🤯 is it made out of gold?

Hi guys,
i am desperately looking (since years actually) for a windscreen (part# 56111-90303), which IS part of the heritage program, but i am completely lost here in Austria: the guy from Toyota Austria is indeed tryin to tell me that the complete program was only meant to be for Japan - which of cours is complete nonsense, but i cannot do anything - its Toyota Austria....
So, any ideas anyone? And no, i cannot go to the glass shop and "just have one made" 🙁
Many thanks
