Looks damn good!A buddy of mine has a cheap 3d printer so I'll prototype these on his machine then find an online shop that can print in ASA, which I've read is the best material for UV resistance. I feel pretty good about my first effort of CAD/3d printing so far. I don't think @bhicks or @Outsane have to worry about me encroaching on their turf.I found Fusion to be extremely frustrating to use a newb but can see how folks who do this for a living can make quick work of a project like this. I started with the bigger of the two, took me the better part of 2 days to get to what you see. The smaller one took me about an hour. But truth be told, I couldn't figure out how to center my rectangle cutouts between the screw holes so I just had to eye ball them. As you can see I'm a mm or 2 closer to one than the other. But for my use case I'll live with it. I'm hoping to get these printed and test fitted Sunday.
