Lights are good!!

All good. Had to swap two wires at the switch. Some how I had the headlights swapped with te parking lights. I have to fix a couple minor things - a couple things I mistakenly wired always on.

Got the horns working today too. I had a bad ground between the 80 series steering wheel and the little ground at the column. It is cool to see the Gazoo coming to life!:bounce:

Slow but sure over the last couple weeks.

Tomorrow I need to run to Advance and pick up another can of bedliner. I have just one or two really small things to button up on the wiring and then I will spend the day working on the fuel lines.

Beautiful restore, nice combo of old and new! Bummer about the hand.

Never good to use your hand as an anvil. I've learnt that three times now....but I'm a slow learner.

I can thank someone else for this.

If 3 times makes you a slow learner I guess I'm screwed then....

Friend of mine got his hand shattered at work , long story short - docs put it together with a plate and screws , few months after healing they stripped the screw heads out and now he's stuck with that nasty plate - hand is useless now and the guy is a heavy equipment operator . Both my legs are junk from a nasty construction accident in '06 but still able to work (mostly) - it's sure a hard lesson learned - only you can protect yourself .

Well , I plowed one guy in the mouth , but not saying that's appropriate either . Different time, different place in life . I once broke the snot out of fellow worker's index finger , I mean like the loud snap sound ...
I still feel bad about it 20yrs later , he didn't even seem to care at the time . Sometimes stuff just happens.

It isn't broken!! :bounce:
Jusy big and blue. The ortho cringed when I told her the story.

So no cast. She says heat now. Be a couple weeks to be back to normal but no splint :bounce2:

Next time just shoot the bastard instead of fighting him :)
