Damn thats old news Marshall you really need to step your game up, I know its not bball and you dont have any experience with proper football banter so this will be hard for you.
He already went through the university hearing as JP said and Bowden has already made the statement that he will be allowed to practice pending something more substantial than accusations from some pissed off biotch who yells comments like "we'll see who goes to jail" as she climbs into her car and drives away.
Just thought you might like to know.
There is quite a bit of physical evidence in this case. Not just accusations of
some pissed off "biotch" as you call this poor girl. Shame on you.

Beating a women is no laughing matter.
McDaniel accuser not dropping charges
Woman’s attorney says she is intent on pursuing case against player

CLEMSON — An attorney for the woman accusing Clemson football player DeAndre McDaniel of assault said Wednesday his client intends to continue pursuing the charges.
McDaniel was arrested June 21 on a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature following an incident with his girlfriend at his off-campus apartment.
The 19-year-old Clemson female student did not attend a hearing last week in which McDaniel’s status as a student was reviewed by a student judicial board.
But Kenneth Young, a Sumter attorney representing the accuser, said her absence should not be construed as a sign the charges might be dismissed.
Young said he advised his client to follow the recommendations of the solicitor’s office or the Central police in determining whether to attend the university hearing.
Young said that because the case remains a criminal matter in the hands of the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office and the Central Police Department, he and his client have yet to discuss whether a civil suit might be pursued.
Young said it could be one to two years before the case goes to trial and is resolved because of the backlog of cases being handled by most solicitors’ offices.
On Monday, Clemson coach Tommy Bowden announced McDaniel, a 20-year-old sophomore safety from Tallahassee, Fla., would be allowed to participate in team functions while Bowden gathers information on the case and the legal process plays out.
However, he reserved the right to discipline McDaniel as the case unfolds and said McDaniel’s status for the Aug. 30 season opener against Alabama had yet to be determined.
McDaniel’s attorneys have maintained his innocence, supplying the university with statements from three alleged witnesses whose accounts conflict with the accuser’s. Two of the witnesses testified at his hearing.
According to the incident report filed by Central police, McDaniel’s girlfriend (5-foot-1, 107 pounds) alleged that McDaniel (6-1, 210) shoved her down a flight of stairs and punched her in the chest as she started toward her car.
She also alleged McDaniel put a comforter over her head and choked her while jerking her head up and down.
The woman was treated at Oconee Memorial Hospital for a neck sprain as well as bruises to the chest and neck, according to the report.
“She’s trying to get back into her studies at Clemson,” Young said. “But this has kind of made it hard.”
