Sorry my friend but you ain't got a clue. I've won more of these than I care to count.
I read the witness statements too. They don't exclude the possibility he did
what she alleges. Her testimony AND the physical evidence will most likely mean
three hots and a cot for your boy. Most guys that beat women choose to do it out of
sight of witnesses. LOL...I loved the mug shot of the guy wearing a "wife beater" T shirt.
Oh the irony!

sets all kinds of un-assisted tackle records for CU.
If he gets convicted I hope they throw the dude UNDER a bus and
HE becomes some Bubba's biotch.

Hell, drinking a beer will get you suspended at USC and all
the self righteousness CU fans can muster.

Sounds like you should be her lawyer. She better ask for a trial in Columbia where all you lawyers come from b/c 3 witness statements which dispute what she says are gonna go along way toward his cause. Thats coming from an educated person who has read everything they can find on it, what do you think a bunch of farmers from the country who like Clemson are gonna think? At this point I'd say it looks decent for him whether he did it or not. I hope the truth comes out though whichever way it is.

Those "farmers" from the country are who I practice before. I have a
rough idea of what to expect. Hard working, law and order Americans.
Criminal juries in Pickens County is a no defendant's dream. Trust me
on this one. ;) LOL..if ya don't....ask ANY lawyer who has practiced
there. Let me know if you find ONE who thinks these juries aren't
exceptionally challenging for criminal defense.
If I was her prosecutor... he's TOAST. BTDT. Your boy has excellent
counsel and he's got his work cut out for him. :grinpimp:
 
Its gonna be like 1.5-2 yrs anyway he'll damn near be graduated by then. Probably as far as his playing is concerned some news facts would need to come forward. Bowden has for as long as I can recall been one to support innocent until proven guilty. We'll know in about 2-3 more weeks when fall camp actually starts I guess.

Wright predicted we'd go 12-0 and then lose the ACCCG. Guess he thinks we still can't beat VT. Of course, earlier he said that the entire ACC was weak, except for the Tigers. Go figure :meh:
 
We'll be fine. I think we've shown, especially recently, that winning and having a good season isn't always directly tied to how many 4 and 5 star kids you sign.

I have faith that Grobe will get the most he can out of these kids, just like he has the last few seasons.

That's also unfortunately why the buzzards will be circling again at the end of the season lobbing blank checks his way...

First Clemson has a good recruiting class.
Second Clemson will win against a few powder puff teams.
Third Clemson fans will start talking about BCS bids and bowl predictions
Fourth Clemson will start losing games.
Fifth Clemson fans will stop talking BCS and start talking about how bad their players suck.
Sixth Clemson will lose more games and fans will talk about just having 6 wins so they can go to a bowl.
Seventh Clemson will just make a bowl game but by this time Clemson fans are looking toward next seasons BCS bowl bid.
Eighth Clemson loses bowl game.
Ninth Go back to the top and repeat.
 
Oh and UNC sold out of it's season tickets two weeks ago. That hasn't happened since 98. And the most sold ever. We may still suck this year but at least there will be people watching us lose.

A University of

I am not the hugest Tommy fan ever but he was underpaid. He was he 42nd highest paid coach in the country the last couple yrs and we were right outside the top 25 2 yrs ago and in the top 25 last yr. He was like #7 in the ACC and we we finished like 5th both yrs so his teams actually outperformed his salary. That probably has as much to do with the fact that teams like USC pay OBC way more than he's worth but just by the numbers he was underpaid.
