Hope he's more committed to football than he is to Clemson ... you can have him, and I hope he enjoys a good run at top 25 for 4 yrs while we are shooting for national championships.

we are preseason top 10 in all the major polls; I've seen as high as 5th or 6th............ watch out!!! Plus we play in the ACC our road to the top is a lot easier than if we played in the SEC were you dumb asses beat each other up all season long
Problem with Clemson is they choke...then again, I am a Virginia fan I was there for the biggest choke of the year, the Gator Bowl! I must say though, I always enjoy watching James Davis and CJ Spiller!

Preseason is one thing. Post season you'll be talking about firing Bowden... again.
We do beat the crap out of each other... but two Nat champs in a row and 3 of last five ain't too bad. 1-2 this year... not too bad.

Thats a crown you can keep Gundy. Next time you go to a Gamecock club meeting you should ask Spurrier WTF he was doing this recruiting season. I think the best thing he recruited was some time at Augusta National, only place that has you in the top 35 is rivals and they must have smoked something before they ranked teams. Spurrier was to busy golfing and not busy hitting the recruiting trail.

My point exactly they dont know what they are talking about. Rivals has Clemson lower and USC higher than any other service, now do you really think they know something no one else does or is it far more likely they just missed the ball a little on this one.
Its ok though we'll see in Nov. when you come to Tiger town and Daquan Bowers crushes your QB all game long how you feel about the recruiting classes.

I really don't think it's who you have coming in as a freshman since they really don't play anyway.

And if you think Daquan Bowers isnt playing in the fall you need to spend less time on mud and more time on any site that covers football. He is the best player to ever come out of the state of South Carolina at any position according to most sources. I saw him in person the other day and he looks like a bigger, stronger, faster version of Gaines Adams and we all know where he is right now.

yeah I Think Bowers and Allen will both see significant playing time next year as well as Jamie Harper........... but Bowers will def. have the biggest impact; he looks like a man playing amongst children out there.. The dude is a beast

He'll be a backup at Clemson his whole career if I had to guess. He was an Elite 11 QB which is a pretty big deal but I think he only got that cause of his daddy. But he said he didnt want to stay at UGA because it creates issues where people say he's only playing cause his dads the coach and neither of them felt like it was fair to deal with that. I heard an interview where his dad said he was happy with the decision and hoped he would get to make it to a game in the future.
I dont think he's better than Korn or Kyle Parker this yrs other qb though. Guess only time will tell. Its an interesting little situation though.

If your so confident David we can tack a little side bet onto this yrs wager. Maybe something like Bowers will get a sack or tackle for a loss or a certain number of total tackles vs USC. Or are you scared that those statues you stand in the backfield and call quarterbacks couldnt outrun a little girl.
