Clemson landed the #1 recruit in the country yesterday in case folks hadn't noticed, just another elite recruiting class in the works.

We got one of those last year, they are nice to have. We're still focused on baseball right now, though.

Congrats on the pick up...

Wil Dabo pull his offer if he visits Bama or does
that All In policy of CU only apply to scrubs.
Offering his two buddies was a good move.
If he takes other visits or de-commits it
will be interesting in Tigertown.
Great looking player. He's going to be a
beast.

He will end up getting caught for smoking pot or fail because of grades.

I don't think so. I believe he has a pretty solid family background and is pretty smart. I think he'll be a good player.

It will be interesting if he gets lured into taking some visits what the response by dabo will be. Regardless, getting a commit from the number one guy in the nation who hails from out of state is impressive.

this isn't UNCheat or the 80's:flipoff2:

Im not sure if this academic scandal that UNC involved in is unprecedented in the history of athletics. This thing runs deep, and I don't think we've heard all of it yet.

Who cares about UNC football. Boring.

We all know coach K really runs things around UNC...he knew if he went to the lakers and coached he would be able to run both schools anymore

Million dollar question there. Guess we will have to wait and see. I like the policy though these kids who commit and decommit 2 or 3 times piss me off. They have been blessed with the ability to play college football and the get a free education and then they jerk people around for a free trip to a school for a weekend, some interviews in the paper, and a huge ego boost. Don't commit if you arent gonna go to a school, go do all your visits before you decide. If you don't want to be at Clemson then we don't want you and I'm cool with that. You will get way more out of a guy if he really wants to be there and is vested in it then some guy who is jumped around and is maybe still questioning the decision.

Crap even T.J. Yates from UNC ended up better than Garcia. Oh how the mighty fall. And as they should with the kind of attitude he had.

If only he would have had a decent human being for a coach, instead of that ass hat at USuC, to actually hold him accountable he might have learned from his mistakes :meh:

Don't worry Marshall soon UNCheaters will be vacating wins both in basketball and football...although I give props to them for being able to offer a bogus major for so many years.

Too bad vacated wins will not transfer as wins to the losers.
THE STREAK stands...0-forever by CU at UNC in basketball.

Football....What is the national press smoking to make South Carolina top 10
pre-season?
The nerve..or lack of sense...to rank the Gamecocks higher than the A.C.C.
Champs.
USC will struggle to win enough to go bowling whilst Clemson is assured of at
least 10 wins with THAT schedule.
Same bet goes......Cocks vs any team on the schedule even bet with loser donating to
Upstate Cruiser.
Once season starts all bets are off......'cept for the late November clash at Death Valley.
Get some of that anytime ya want.
:grinpimp:

If Clemson loses to Auburn, Clemson will have a terrible season.

Right now I call that game a toss up, whoever makes the least mistakes wins.

WAR EAGLE!

Clemson and the Georgia Dome don't mix..... so it is sufficent to say I am a little anxious about the the game :o

Whacha talkn bout Willis "THAT schedule"

As of right now we each play the same number of ranked teams (5) we both also play two top 10 teams as it currently stands..... given this all preseason mumbo jumbo, but that fact is neither team has a powder puff schedule. Should be a good season!! Really looking forward to my son seeing his first of many Clemson-USC battles:beer::beer::beer:
