What if he is waiting for his 18th birthday so he can sign somewhere his mother doesn't agree. Like Alabama. So he can get away from her and party hearty.
In which case Carolina and Clemson are both lucky not to get him.
Three kids from the HS team Chattahoochie go. Lakip to Clemson (hell of a kicker and maybe a better soccer player... like that matters), WR Whitehurst to Arkansas (4.4 40 and can catch... hope he gets some field time) and QB to Middle Tenn St (big running, good arm QB... thought he'd go to Furman).
UGA lands a top 5 class and Crowder at RB may make Lattimore look like a little boy. We'll know in Sept. Hope they coach them up for a change!

Clowney is a crap shoot, CU gets him and we might have the #1 recruiting class, USuC gets him and suddenly they are in the top 20. Hes talking a lot about Clemson;s grat class and how he wants to lay with other guys like that for the next couple years, but these kids are actors they will say anything to get the camera on them for a few extra minutes. V-day is gonna be special for one of those 3 teams though.
if he wants to be on stage with a few other stand out future NFL stars being on the field with A.Jeffery and M.Lattimore would be the better ticket!!!

Uhhhh...don't look now but USC is in the top 20 WITHOUT Clowney.
Most scouting services have USC just behind CU and Clowney puts USC ahead of
CU.

KP also lived up to all that hype.
nobody ever hyped up kyle parker...... he was supposed to be willy korn's back-up and a baseball star. I don't think anyone saw him leading the tigers at QB when he signed his LOI. He only came to the fore front after willy korn busted (which was injury related BTW).
That must be that USC math you are using since ESPN has you at 24,

and those rankings are padded by the absurdly high number of guys you took this class, 31 recruits, you can't even give all those kids scholarships, some of them have to be grey shirt offers or you guys are planning on dropping some kids from scholarship that you took in previous years, which is a dick move. Sounds like just the kind of thing Spurrier would do though, tell a kid to come to USuC and he will play football then take his scholarship a yr or two later.

Felt like the Steelers were going to come back the entire game, but hand it to the Packers for hanging on when they needed too. I was pulling for them. Great game!

These services you quote only count the top 25. Doesn't matter if you sign 100 kids.
While CU got 4 5 star guys ya'll also signed a ton of 2 star and no star kids.
USC didn't sign any guys below 3 stars.

I'd bet that Scout.com rates USC higher than CU now.
Not that winning in November is such a big deal.
Signing Clowney is a BIG FRICKING DEAL however.
