guess it's time to start talking smack again!

S.Car is really looking stacked at the RB/WR positions and the D will be killer again this season especially with some much needed size added to the LB positoin.

if the new OL coach can get the guys to stick to their assignments this could be a great season!

Clemsuz...feel sorry for you guys, without Spiller i'm sure the in zone will be hard to find this season! lol

If Garcia can actually do anything this year, you have a decent chance of finishing in the top half of your division... Good luck:D

I'm just hoping we can find anyone who wants to catch the ball besides our tight end and running backs. If we can do that, we should be 9-4 with another trip to the ACCCG.

Good thing you D is so good in Cola because your O couldn't score on Byrnes HS. :flipoff2:

Don't worry about CJ being gone, we all get to watch him in Buffalo this year. CU has 2 running backs with better YPC than CJ returning, we will be fine running the ball.

garcia threw for 2800 yards last season...in the SEC that pretty much means he's a proven QB especially since most of those throwing yards were made while running for his life.

with over 30 sacks he does need to learn when to just throw the ball away.

we are 4 RB's deep this season with Maddox, Miles, Lattimore (sp?) and Giles.

I have a feeling that the running game for s.car will be much better this season.

people seem to forget our rushing yards look so bad not because of lack at the RB position but because of how many sacks we take.

I have a feeling the new O line coach will do alot to change the attitude on the field. He came from a school, unlike Clemson and USC, that is used to being a championshp caliber team

Talk about Garcia all you want, he couldn't even start outside of USuC or Vandy, maybe UK.

I like how you are touting RB's who haven't touched a football in a college game as depth. Take a lesson from us talking about Willy Korn for 3 years and realize until they do something on the field they are just potential.

I heard he was going to north Greenville this year.

I'm glad one person in Greenville has faith in him, as I don't think anyone in Cola does at the moment.

I keep hearing how Carolina has all these veterans, but yet they keep talking about all these freshman that are going to start against So Miss. What happened to all that "talent" from last year. Did they just roll over and let some little kids come take their spot? Doesn't sound like an SEC team to me.

i like what the coaches are doing...senior/junior/whatever if freshmen come in and work harder than you and beat you out for the spot...let them start. Force some competition on the team. If i was an O line coach all my linemen would dig a ten foot hole. fill it with 3 ft of water. They would all climb down into it and the first 5 out would start for me.

Forget seniority. Miles took the RB position from Maddox early last season and Maddox worked his ass off to get that spot back. This season i'm sure he hasn't slacked off especially with SC's Mr. football competing for the job.

Didn't Tammy have a big issue at Clemsux with that issue? He would start lazy upper classmen and keep his highly scouted/high talent underclassmen on the bench because that was "fair".

To hear Spurier talk, it isn't about highly talented freshman in the QB area. It's about picking the least rotten apple according to him.

and thats any different from what he did in Florida because?

That is until you guys lose half the starters due to that little party in South Beach, then you'll be back where you belong.

Real football program what have you ever won?

That ranking is such a joke you'll be gone after your week one blowout loss to LSU or for sure by week 2 when you are 0-2. At Rutgers week 3 is gonna be a beast too you might not even win until ECU in week 4. Good thing you have those cupcakes like UVA and William and Mary on there to keep you areound .500 for the year.

You're talkin' this junk when we open with NT, PC (wtf?) and bye in the first 4 weeks?

I'll be pulling hard for you guys over LSU.... the ACC hasn't won a game yet in that SEC/ACC kick off match up. And this year looks to be the best shot so far.....

NT would beat UVA and PC/W&M is a push. We have Auburn and top 15 Miami as the other 2 games around that bye. You make it sound like theres no other games.

I'll be pulling hard for Rutgers and ECU to make you 0-4 when we roll into that glorified soccer field you call home in Oct.

So much for the USuC starting TE. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=5491255
