I do need a fuel cap. How much?Be careful of the bottom of the tank. I have one that has some rust on the bottom like yours, and after cleaning the rust off it had a pin hole. Also if you need a fuel cap I have some extras.

I'm still looking for a burner cap for a Real Host 2 burner gas stove
Thanks a lot,
Gary
Gary, how ever you want to pay is fine. I know you need the gas cap.how about a ten spot rolled up in a piece of pvc-sent in a USPS bubble wrap envelope?
How many times have we looked back on products we didn't buy when they were cheap (used) because they made millions of them? But I'm not arguing with you on this one, just been digging into some rifle research last few days and that thought is fresh on my mind.If you want to keep it "unfired" for the "value" sell it now. Coleman made MILLIONS of lanterns, and so they are interesting and cool, they will never be "valuable" in a real sense.
I have a normal unfired Civilian Coleman with a case I'd trade for that, but I recommend you keep it since it belonged to your parents. I'd also buy it outright if you wanted to sell, just because it's cool. But I'd run it for sure.
