Vancouver.... just a short drive from Seattle.... come down lets get some beer.

What did you think of that Canadian IPA? I haven't had that one but i've found Canadians have a strange take on the IPAs.... some are good west coast style and some don't taste anything like any IPA i've ever had. More like a sweet slightly hoppy lager.

Sweet, slightly hoppy lager describes it well. It was OK, not crazy good.

Pretty sure i ended my cousins night early the night before the reunion this weekend. He was on cruise control 15-16 michalob ultras in to his evening when i fed him two enjoy by 7/4’s at 9.5%. Attempted one of those post 9 pm 20 min naps lol

We picked up some new stuff from the Chicago area a couple weeks ago when we went to visit my Son in Moline, Sister in Wheaton and go to a Dr apt for my Daughter in Iowa City.

The one labeled "Beer" was amazing. I am not just falling for their funky branding, it was good. I just re-read the label and it is from a company called Marz Community Brewing. They make "Beer" different every time and part of the fun of it is trying to find out what it is, etc. This one says "Double IPA" and 8% ABV.
