Thoughts on doing a STLCA meal one night that week? You can charge what you want and collect the profits made for your club as well sell your merchandise during the meal.

So far only Friday night has been taken by UC. That is the night the band will play.

Jay sent me a PM about this and i will bring it up with the members this weekend and at the Jan. meetings. I like the idea but i dont want to be a complete DICtator and start volentering people without asking them first. Will let u know something in the next few days.

Wife is optional, You can come by youself, even though we like her better than you.

We (STLCA) will be cooking and selling breakfast at GSMTR this Year, Thrs, fri, and sat mornings. This is a fund raiser for our club and i will need help from other members. Post up if you plan to attend and are willing to cook or collect money or whatever. If you have never been to Golden Mtn. this park is great and has trails for all levels. Plus its a big party with some of the coolest trucks (and people) from around the southeast.

Mmmm. Bacon.

Glad to have y'all on board. Hoping to get STLCA more and more involved in this event. It wouldn't be where it is today without all your hard work.

Andy,
I plan on being there (work would be unknown), so I will help if I am there. Considering how bad a cook I am (the bride and kids complain loudly), it may be best if I were not one of your chefs.

Thanks

I'll be there most of the week. So count me in.

Thanks Todd. Will be good to see y'all again. Any special requests y'all might need?

Metal-tech 4x4 - Group Buy for GSMTR

Buy any Metal-tech 4x4 brand product and get 10% off AND Metal-tech will donate another 10% to GSMTR! You also get discounted shipping. Get the gear for yourself and help support GSMTR at the same time.

How it works. Call Metal-tech 4x4 (800-839-6797) and place your GSMTR/Group Buy order before May 1st for any Metal-tech 4x4 brand product. (Roll cage kits, FJ80 Sliders, FJ40/FJ Cruiser Tube doors etc.) Metal-tech will give you the discount and discount your shipping as to what you ordered. Everyone’s order will ship together to IPOR before GSMTR. Lance and Cam will then bring your ordered parts down to GSMTR for pick up. Metal-tech 4x4 will then donate a full 10% of what you purchased directly to GSMTR to help support the event in addition to the sponsorship Metal-tech is already doing.

If you want something fabricated or put together like a turnkey rollcage I'd suggest to order ASAP. Don't wait till the last couple weeks to get it made.

Fine print: Discount only valid on items in stock, no back orders sorry. Your order must ship to GSMTR in order to get the discount. Not going, no problem have your buddy that is going to GSMTR pick it up for you, get the discount and support the event.

Yes sir Mr President. Done.

Are the TN registered drivers STLCA members?

Who's going early and how early? I'm planning on showing up as early in the week as possible to do some shake-down and less crowded wheeling. Anyone else have the same plan?

My usual GSMTR trip has been Sunday to Sunday while we were still at Tellico. However, daughter #1 graduates from UGA on Friday so there will probably be some celebration on Saturday. Sunday is the diabetes fund raising ride (Tour de Cure) which leaves Sunday spoken for too. As a result, I won't be heading up until Monday at the earliest; and it may be fairly late on Monday if I can't find any time to prep the truck and pack ahead of time.

My current plan is to go over Monday or Tuesday and claim an area for the club. I will set up the big club canopy so we have a dry place when it rains.
