Just saw Deo was selling the Surf Wagon.

I’m not sure how I feel about this

Thanks for thinking of me, I’ll still be around.

If you know of anyone looked for a sorted, not restored rig, send them my way. It’s a great old cruiser.

Buy it with Patina $ and figure the rest out as you go.

It’s the one truck I’d buy with no hesitation if I had the money...Love everything about it.

Even though it’s about 1/4 Pig, owning more than 1 pig might tip me over into @bobm level crazy

He let me drive his 45 and he sold that. He let me drive the Surf Wagon and now it's for sale. I'm not going to drive anymore of Deo's Cruisers because I don't like the way this is trending  .

The 45 is safe with me ;). Sometimes you need a change, just hope he makes it back to the cruiser world at some point.

Is there a FS thread somewhere I can forward?

What is your center console from? I'm needing one and I'm not sure I want the Tuffy box and noticed yours. I like it and it would fit around the same e-brake placement I have.

The front floor, console, seats, shifter and ebrake are out of an 80. The 80 floor is welded in allowing all its parts to bolt in.

Sad to see that. We always ran Cruisers, 80 series and a 100 series for trips. 3 kids and decided to try a Ford Product. 7.3L diesel excursion. I will say it had room, but maybe we had a lemon or something, I got so tired of that thing stranding us. Dumped a lot of money into it and never trusted it and sold it.

that said, no surprise the van is more comfy than even an 80/55. Not even close to as cool, but I get it. Packing all family into old rigs and they don't share the same enthusiasm for vintage iron..

Now all the cool kids have sportsmoskottlevans, you better get one of these on there PRONTO!
