Damn! And here I thought it was gonna be all of US doin the heckling.

But alas, I guess I'll have to shut up since we all know how likely THAT is to happen. :o

Does it count if he brings someone else's wife or girlfriend ?
Andy, Shhhhhh!!! She's like 6000 miles away now anyway...... but she did say she wanted to go if she could! :D

I always like a good heckle as long as those involved can take it as good as the dish it out!

Eh, keep her on her toes, but know she can hold her own as good or better than most, on-line and in real life. She really likes hanging out and drinking beer, but just remember at the end of the night she is coming home with me ;p

I accept entrance into the club once I prove I can hang.
Don't worry, if you're referring to wheeling skillz, you don't have to have them to join the club.... the trash talking ability will suffice. You'll see what I mean soon enough. hahahaha

I check back after a week of no looky and BAM, like new zuk!!! Y'all are working amazingly quick:clap: Makes me want to buy many things for the 62.
Nice looking too, purples my favorite color.

While I am a very patient and understanding person, LowRange is generally getting a D for communication and customer service at the moment and teetering on a F.

1st order I had to email to check status after no update for about 6 days (website says generally ships in 1-2 days, noticed recently it was changed to 1-3 days). I got a reasonably quick response that everything was in stock and would ship that day. Got tracking info and it took 5 business days as they suggest. Order arrives without the knuckle kit. Email and find out that it was drop shipped directly from TG.... Not a big issue but it would have been nice if they had told a brother that was the case. Everything arrived eventually and about 2 days after I got everything I got two tracking numbers for the packages I had already received... ball 1

So second order placed a week ago, email yesterday to find out status, I was told that they did not have the springs in stock and I asked if they could just ship out the rest so I could at least get the axles back together... No response. Fast forward to today and I get an email saying what I was told yesterday and the way I read it they would be shipping out everything but the springs, I think cool. Email for clarification and was told no that was not the case and they would only ship when they had everything :o. Not what I was expecting to hear. Strike 1

So next I asked about some clarifications on lead times on some rocker guards for the Sami because we are trying to cash flow some of this and need to let the cc cool off a little. I need them in time for ACC, so I had figured that if I ordered them by mid-October I would be ok, WRONG, today I get the response, you better order now so as to get your spot in line... I got an email from what I think was the owner last week who gave me the week lead time that I was using. Strike 2

So I am going to call them tomorrow and try to talk to somebody who can give me a straight answer. I had read some things that mentioned they were not the best at customer service, but try to draw my own conclusions. So far they are not proving to many folks wrong.

They are a great samurai resource, and I understand that running a small business can be tough, but I would expect to not have to ask about my orders and find out about stock statuses in the same manner. I want them to come thru, but I also want to deal with someone who will be straight with me. Am I reading to much into this or do I have a right to be slightly aggitated?

whip his ass c-bass!!!

My personal experience with them has been the same. Literally zero communication. If you just order online and don't follow up it may be a while before you get any parts. Generally I try to get stuff ordered well ahead of time due to past experiences with them. Also, I don't even bother with email. I go online, order my parts, then pick up the phone to get eta, shipping time, check stock or whatever. And I have had them (or TG, I'm not sure) drop the ball on a drop ship before. Anyway, I'm not trying to bash them at all. I still buy parts from them all the time. In fact I still need to order my other Dirty 30 axle. And, I emailed to make sure I had the correct part number and the guy that looked it up for me was very helpful.

Well that will for sure be how I do anything moving forward. While I realize by nature of the post, I am making some negative comments, which was my intent, I agree with you that I will probably keep buying from them, mostly due to them being one of only a handful of Samurai parts slingers. I will follow your train and place order and then call to see what's up.

Thanks,

Yet another good reason to swap it over to Yota parts ASAP. :wrench::)
