You work fast. I’m stuck at 10mm passenger side.

ARP studs hub and knuckle done. Adjusted the steering stops before it starts squeezing like a pig. Filled rear diff fluid. Burped my hydro.

Tighten all my loose nuts and bolts I told my self in do later and forgot. Zipped tied all hydro lines and abs lines out of the way. Its ready for a test drive and heat cycle the 529s.

Still need to do my currie antirock but that will be this weekend. Thank you to @Broski for letting me borrow and mailing me his template for the antirock install he just completed. This will save me a ton of work from making a frame cut out template.

I'm super excited I get to drive all these changes at once. Almost 3 months down. Test drive tomorrow after work.

Need to just barely loosen ALL radius, upper and lower link bolts. Go for a quick drive down the block to let the suspension settle with the new height. Then torque down all the nuts and bolts. Then its off for my 1st heat cycle under 35mph for 15min and at least an hour cool down or more.

You've been nonstop on this thing, coming out great!

You've been nonstop on this thing, coming out great!
1st month I was doing 1 wheel well trimming a week to fit the 39s. Was super slow and I was not motivated and wasted a month.

As the clock got closer to April. I started getting worried about my build pace and not making Rubithon. Last time I went to Rubithon was 2018. So I started to go non-stop and busted my ass a little every day.

I'm just SUPER stoked I get to drive it today and start breaking it in!!!

I still got the Currie Antirock and swap the Toughdog rear panhard (and replace it with the Delta panhard bracket with OEM bar). Panhard easy 5minute job today. Currie Antirock not so easy saved for this weekend. Not looking forward to taking off the 39 spare and the 4x4labs bumper. It's heavy as **** taking it off solo. I'm less happy I need to put it back on after the install!

I didn't have to remove my 4x4 labs to install my antirock for what it's worth

I know I saw your post on your install. Now I can't seem to find it anymore.
how did you slide that long ass outer bar into the frame? Broski did cut into the frame.

EDIT:
Mud search sucks. LOL. Used google to find it.

Yeah I was originally going to do it your way this till I saw @Broski method of cutting it into his frame.

Damn it. @nukegoat. Now you have me re-evaluating which way is best.
Nukegoat, have you hit your rear antirock after coming off descents before? I like how Broski's is tucked into the frame giving it an extra 3-4 inches of clearance.

@nukegoat way vs @Broski way

Having it up a bit higher wouldn't hurt, obviously. So all things being equal, Broski's way is better. But it's more work and more invasive. I don't have issues with getting hung up on it. Some small dents in the tube but no biggie

Mine is also under the frame. Mostly because it was easier and I didn't trust myself to cut into the frame at equal points. It's so close to the tire that I think it would be really difficult to hit on a rock.

You did two heat cycles to a bolt on bracket?

Update. I modded the 4x4labs tire carrier and have 39 spare and a triple can gas carrier.

I think there are very few 80s that run tires this big and even have it mounted on a swing out.

Heres some spare tire and bumper height data for those interested.

Turbo80 on OME Js and 35s.
Bottom of tire to floor 32.5".
Bottom of bumper 22.25"

Crawler80 on Tourflex 4 and 39s
Bottom of tire to floor 35.25".
Bottom bumper 26.5"

I forgot to take a measurement of my 37s so using math it'll probably be in the middle of the above data.
Here's an update with measurements now that I'm at 39s + Slee 4" and 30mms

Turbo80 on OME Js and 35s.
Bottom of tire to floor 32.5".
Bottom of bumper 22.25"

Crawler80 on Tourflex 3 (no spacer) and 39s
Bottom of tire to floor 35.25".
Bottom bumper 26.5"

Crawler80 on Slee 4s, 30mm and 39s
Bottom of tire to floor 37.5".
Bottom bumper 28.75"

Comparison Data

37.5-35.25= 2.25" Gain in tire to floor height from Tourflex3 to Slee4 +30mm
28.75-26.5= 2.25" gain in bumper to floor height from Tourflex3 to Slee4 +30mm

37.5-32.5= 5" Inch difference from Turbo80 to Crawler80 tire to floor
28.75-22.25= 6.5" Inch difference from Turbo80 to Crawler80 bumper to floor

Delta panhard bracket installed back with oem bar.
There's a big difference in the stance of your panhard with the Delta bracket. You should notice a marked improvement in pavement handling. Have you noticed any?

I only drove it 16 miles yesterday. I noticed it being WAY higher and feeling more sway. Not running any swaybars at the moment. It's a little scary right now. Currie Antirock goes in tomorrow and hopefully, I get to do a test drive again. Can't say it made any difference yet since I haven't really put any real miles on it yet. I will update when I do more seat time.

Now, if it still feels scary after the currie antirock install; then the 30mm spacers come out!

I am really glad that @baldilocks talked me out of the 6" inch lift. I would have INSTANTLY hated it and regretted my purchase. I'm on the fence as it is with the current Slee4s+30mm. Luckily I'm on 4s and can easily take out the spacers. I can't just cut the coils down from 6s to 4s as easy.

This took the most time. I did not like how the end links at on the axle or the frame. After trying and flipping inboard and outboard. I decided that it needed to be straight so I put it in the press and I pressed it flat. I then proceeded to weld in the axle bracket slightly forward giving enough space for the back of the bolt on the inside axle. The total length of the bar is 8.25 in
