So now my 80 looks like a giant Oreo Cookie (bedliner/LOTS OF PIX!!)

strobes are a nice add on. Do you think it's ready to conquer the ghettos of Disney World yet?

Disney is actually where I got the strobes :)

I had to tear down all of their security vehicles to return for lease, so I got to keep all the emergency equipment  (strobe kits, switches, roof lights, pre-drilled headlights/taillights, etc.)

How difficult was it to remove and reinstall your fender flares? Did you buy all new clips? Looks awsome by the way!

The flares are very simple to R&R :)

For the front, just remove the marker lights (one screw on top), then you'll have access to half of the nuts that hold the flares in place

I use a 10mm flex head gear wrench

The rest of the inner nuts can be reached from under the hood through the cutouts inside the fenders....

As for the rear, if you're gentle with the inner panels and know where there clips are, then they pop out easily

I did have to replace some clips on the driver's side rear because a blown tire had ripped off that set of flares not too long ago

And the replacement flares I got from Bowser didn't have any, so I just sprung for new clips on both sides :meh:

I love the way it looks after the paint job/ bed liner.

I can't tell if I like it or not-- the quality of the workmanship is obviously great.
the color scheme isn't what I would have chosen, but it does look interesting and "sharp"

I'd paint the entire side mirror, and like it better, I think.

98 SNAKE EATER...where did you source the clips for your fender flares?

The 80 is looking great! BTW did they ever find the jokers that shot your rig up?

Well executed, I must say i'm among the others that were scared to see how it turned out from the title, but i'm impressed. I do like it. Well done!

I actually really like it, and was thinking of doing similar. The major thing that I was wondering about is how the Upol Raptor has held up over time. I know you have had the lower done for a little while. How is clean up on it? I don't detail out real often, but when I do i like to clean up really well. Have you had any peeling issues? Is the thickness comparable to Line-X. Any input would be appreciated, Thanks

As long as the surface is prepped properly and a good sealer/primer is used, Raptor will last quite a while

I shot the bottom well over a year ago and it looks just as good as the fresh stuff on the top :)

My truck only gets washed when it rains, but mud sprays off easy with a hose

No issues with fading or peeling.

The thickness really depends on how much you spray (that goes for both Raptor and Linex)

My shop used to be a Rhino dealer, but now we use only Raptor as it's cheaper, easier and has better results....

I use it on practically everything I own :)

And when I say everything, I mean it!!

It's downright SCARY!!

Takes some time to get up to speed and even longer to stop, but she stays pretty smooth

Just being a smarta**, but your 5 window coupe has 6 windows?

5 Windows, 1 Windshield ;)

How about a close up of the texture?
