Christo: Yes that was what I was asking. What is the max diameter D-ring/Bow shackle pin that your recovery point will accept?

I've read the shipping weight of the arb 3413190 bumper is 220lbs and I read on a site that it weighs 200lbs without winch. If that's right then Slee's should be 60-80lbs lighter. As Larry David would say "PREETTAAYY PREETTAAYY PREETTAAYY GOOOOD!"
- Sweet Bump SLEE

Is it true Slee's giving a 30% discount to MUD members????

No only I get the discount, for being F**king awesome. Arb without the mounts(03-07) weighs 104lbs. Add in the weight Of the mounts and it's the same.

I like the final product Slee, looks very good. Tempting.....:)

This may of been answered. But how is the winch mounted? Feet forward?

I'm interested in buying someone's ARB 03+ to whomever is interested in purchasing SLEE's bumper...... Any takers? Wow, was I really off the weight guesstimate of Slee vs ARB!

HOW TEMPTING 2000UZJ??? I'll give you $800 for your bump then you'll only need to spend 500 bones for SLEE's bump. Technically you would be getting the best deal on a Slee bump.... only $500 :p

So Christo....Did you get the photos of the rear mounted up too?

Looks like you removed some mass from the ends given it a little better approach angle or is it the pictures?

It might be the photo's. I will take some better photo's. Those were late yesterday and the light was pretty bad. We did some trimming and got it as close as we can, also changed the tubing a little.

Standard 3/4" pin, but a 7/8" should also fit, but might be a tight.

But how is the winch mounted? Feet forward?
Small winches are mounted feet down, but the front face has the provision for a Warn M12k to be bolted up to the face as well. So for the M12k it is bottom and front.

We can certainly add 30%, then take it off again :D
I am working on pricing, but probably going to be $1295, unless I find any items I have overlooked or if the solenoid mounting turns into a bigger issue than we anticipate. (rear, have to supply longer cables etc).

I'm thinking seriously about purchasing one of these bumpers. If anyone in the Reno area is interested maybe we could bulk up on a few orders to save on freight. PM me if interested.

If 2000 sells his ARB, which is very unlikely.....its mine I've had dibs on it for a while now......

I think I'm gonna buy a second 100 so I can have both the ARB and the Slee. Gotta say, this thing has lots of research and refinement put into it.

yours is already on order buddy...you're getting one, end of story.

That is a great looking bumper! Serious kudos in order, especially for the fact you can get a m12000 in it!

LX470 AHC

Apologies if this has already been covered (have looked but could not find clear answer):

1) What types of suspensions modifications would be required for a an otherwise stock 2006 LX470 with AHC in order to account for the weight of this new bumper (without winch)?

2) What, if any, different suspension changes would be required for this bumper with a winch?

Thanks!
