I add them to all 40/45/55/60/70

Front only for caster correction. You do not want the negative caster you will get with a lift.

You only get +1* on all those vehicles in stock form. Adding some positive caster is really a good thing for a leaf spring vehicle.
With all due respect, this didn't answer either of my questions

I said front only. So that’s your first question.

Fat goes to the front because you are correcting caster not trying point the pinion at the transfer case.

Best explained my my buddy @J Mack

This is nothing but a Grogan Tilda Bogue poser thread until we see the video of this thing jumping the RR tracks at 97 kph.

Just for you

What do you use for 90wt? I find it hard to come by and only really see 80w-90. Even searching Traveller 90w gear oil leads to 80w-90 results...
That 5 gallon jug is 80w-90.

Oh, good eye, I just read the text mainly. Been using 80w-90 already so I guess that'll do.
That’s what Toyota calls for.

That came from Tractor Supply

This has been a day up ups and downs.

I stayed home this morning (usually go to gym and errands) because the JTUsixty was getting picked up for the new owner.

As I was directing the driver to the spot to park I noticed the radiator had a solid stream of fluid coming out. Reluctantly I had to call the new owner and tell him I needed to investigate.

That sucks. We were all happy to make that transition.

Then, other than a couple of hours to pick up and move the 75 I had about 10 hours of uninterrupted time playing with my new to me 70.

I’ll lose some sleep thinking about that damn 60 but I’ll maybe offset that with knowing I got so much accomplished on ShortE

Last project of the night (Red is out of town, hence the late nights)

I added a hood strut kit from @c2dfj45 ….its a no brainer if you have a 70 series. These hoods are crazy heavy

Then I added a Koito H4 kit. It’s yellow light and I’ve kinda gotten to where I like white light but I had a set here on the shelf. I may swap them out for the Holley … we shall see.

Beautiful 70, nice addition to the fleet,
i love these trucks

Very nice. Planning to keep or eventually sell?

I’m planning on keeping. I’ll post up my cost to build this thing once I get it mostly finished and it’s probably 10-15k more than I could reasonably expect to sell it for.

I’m importing really top shelf stuff and shipping and duties are really high right now.
