Ha! Drawing the graphics was challenging enough to learn. You are giving me ideas though, and these graphics might look awesome laser etched onto wood.

Ha! Drawing the graphics was challenging enough to learn. You are giving me ideas though, and these graphics might look awesome laser etched onto wood.
The challenge will be finding somebody that has a laser large enough to handle something that size. (Not that size can't be adjusted)
Chris's combo platter laser/cnc is what drove the size of the maps we made.
I made a few designs of this map and I have a black and white version that would look cool etched into a piece of wood or steel. It would be cool to add topographic lines to those. I was going to have that printed onto a wrap to put on the Cruiser’s hood and front fenders.
That would be cool. Even just some dots for things like towns, and the topographical information would be neat.
I could even add a dog on a leash…
Remind me who is coordinating the trail runs this year? I searched my email and I’ve somehow lost the thread. If it is not too late I was thinking about removing myself from the Monday trail runs, or potentially making a slight change.
I was planning to lead a group over Red Mountain pass though I would also like to spend the day flying my drone over Red Mountain for my YouTube Channel and 2027 calendar line. I am happy to still lead a group if you don’t mind being filmed from the drone, though it’s hard to lead a group and fly a drone at the same time. Maybe someone wants to drive my Cruiser while I sit in the passenger seat flying the drone?

Okay! You are on if you are serious. Perhaps we can have a drone convoy if that works for Rory (@RocketCityCrzrs)? Is anyone interested in that?
Maybe Ian (@RevISK) can join and he can tell me how to point my drone for the best cinematography. Maybe he can also help me adjust my whitepoint. I just know that is a thing and I have no idea how to work it properly. I am an expert at making the image blurry.
Haha! We should definitely get together and have some fun. I set active track on my Cruiser this weekend and it tracked me for a bit, then it took off backwards into the forest for unknown reasons. I just happened to have glanced over at the screen and saw it flying away in reverse!
On another note, I just heard that Bruce and Rich from Ouray Road and Bridge just hit the summit of Imogene this afternoon! It’s not open quite yet. I lost communication with our cabin camera so I have no idea what is happening in the valley.

It’s back from the shop they disassemble it were able to get the end of the axle out cleaned everything up nothing was damaged. Put it back together.Pulled in 2.5 hours

Already dropped it off it American gear they did gear set on this diff 10 years ago and I’m happy with there work.
Should have it back by the end of the week.

The garage looks good the 4 letter words out side. Had to stop working on the 40 to bring the 60 in and start working on it.
Sent my steering box to west tex yesterday sent my seat in to get reupholstered. It's amazing what you find under the seat .How many day tell it's time to go. I have so much to do.
