nice rig man love that rear bumper:D

That's a great looking cruiser you've got there.

Great write up, Sweeeeet seats! Also those speaker mounts look pretty one off!

Thanks for all the kind words guys!

Yeah, I built the speaker boxes, but they are so simple I can't believe how many compliiments I get on them, they are two simple pieces of cardboard cut out with vinyl wrapped over them.

...too easy, but they do work great.

Thanks!

Nice one! I like the Sky Blue. x2 on the seats also. I wish my floor cover was that nice on the drivers side.

I actually just cleaned it up and made the cruiser shiny tonight in preparation for the Land Cruiser Rally in Denver this weekend...

Everyone should try to make it!

Thanks for the kind words. As for the tire carrier, I loved building it, but in retrospect the 4+ rear carriers are a steal when you add up time, materials, and time, and time.

I like building things so it isn't a big deal, but the 4+ from MAF are the BOMB for the price! Steel is so expensive these days... just my .02

I say go for it, but just know it can eat your time up quick!

Jealousy! The seat in mine are due for replacement - thanks for the convertible tip! I would not have thought of that (until it was too late!)

BMW, Mercedes, and Saab's all have the sweet tip forward/heated seats. Try to go to a bone yard though or they will be sky high $!

Mine were about a 100 for the pair at a junkyard

REZARF,

Very nice rig and write-up.

Did you document any of your winch refresh? Where did you source the seals, etc. I need to do this to my 8274.

Thanks

Lash-

Thanks for the compliments man. I did have a bunch of resto shots that all got eaten with my harddrive crash... along with all my engine rebuild pics... arrrrr :(

But here is the link I used to walk me through the rebuild. Call warn and get what ever kits you need to rebuild it, it was easy to do and didn't cost but 20 bucks for the seals, another 10 for stainless bolts and paint, and a few more for new cables and lugs...

Easy to rebuild, I say go for it!

Thanks Rezarf. Sorry about the crash. Try some Cialis or Viagra. No personal experience, but I've heard they work pretty well when your harddrive crashes. Good luck with that!

Good to know the winch seals are reasonably priced.

Somehow I missed the link!?!
