I might have some time on Saturday afternoon. Not sure what the other guys are up to.

You know you don't need a passport to drive across the boarder, right?

@Kleatus @red66toy
I'll be at the Haus of Klaus all weekend, unencumbered and pecking away at the '40. If timing works out I could probably use a hand or two flipping my tub over.

i did not know that. I thought Canada required a passport. So I already changed Mcguires flight and he’s landing in Salt Lake Monday afternoon (just did this). This way he’s not waiting around for us and there’s a possibility we may not have room for him if we end up with a bunch of parts etc.

Save room for the parts.. I like what your thinking. You guys have an idea of where you'll be staying on Saturday night if everything works out well? Or are you leaving that wide open for all the variables. Which ferry crossings can get booked up hours in advance and make you end up waiting for the next ferry time.

Ground boarder crossings require birth certificate possibly a DL. If you fly into another country passport is required.

Few too many :beer:'s during the planning process last night, it sounded like a great plan in the heat of the moment lol..

Hope you have a great trip...beer and BBQ are on me if you stop by Austin before San Antone!

Would have loved to and will definitely take you up on that. Just a crazy day today with nearly 10.5 hrs on the road. (Should have been 8.5) I need a clone of myself like in that multiplicity movie. One could do all the important stuff and the other could just do cruiser stuff and look for adventures.

Happy Trails guys. Soooo envious. Did the same thing when I bought root beer (1986 HJ60) Best road trip ever. Yellowstone in the winter. Amazing.

Popcorn is buttered. IPAs in the cooler. Subscribed.

Got to try some doughnuts at a Tim Hortons. Almost there!!!

Hehe. Nice. Looks like Roma is your food model. And based on last pic a budding finger model. Supple hands. Not the hands of a mad cruiser frontier warrior we know him to be. Grab some fresh smoked salmon if you can. I am so envious.

You guys sure picked the right day to start the drive!
