Went crazy with the idea that now was the time and I can always use them for something else later.
Planning on 5-6 bows. Pending how inept I am.View attachment 2219987

You know what Bob would say...and I have you waaaay beat on the procrastinatingNow on to that bending thing. Been procrastinating on that.

You are welcome to drive to Idaho and use my roller or bender if you think it will speed up the process.Gonna go slow
Yeah man, that is awesome!
What’s the story with the bender? How many die sets does it have?
Hsrbor Freight with SwagOffroad square 1.5 square tubing die(thanks targetcarrier). The roller Came with 3 round dies 1”-2” if I remember correctly.
Looks great. Just a reminder to leave a space between the roof and bars for some type of padding, sealer, etc. so it doesn't rattle. I used SEM seam sealer. You're doing a good job!![]()
What wall thickness did you use?
I have a fire extinguisher that always falls out of it’s carrier. Scrapdaddy I noticed you had one mounted on your airline track. I searched for a holder for a while and found none. Did you make the one you have?
Been caught up.
Finally got all the little brackets tacked in for the scrappy bows.
Ended up threading the B and C pillars for seat belts if needed down the road.
