Been caught up.
Finally got all the little brackets tacked in for the scrappy bows.
Ended up threading the B and C pillars for seat belts if needed down the road.

You know what Bob would say...and I have you waaaay beat on the procrastinating :frown:

Yeah, it's only metal...right. As you found out each rib will be different because of that sloping roof. Have you decided on a bending method?

Yeah man, that is awesome! 👍👍

What’s the story with the bender? How many die sets does it have?

Hsrbor Freight with SwagOffroad square 1.5 square tubing die(thanks targetcarrier). The roller Came with 3 round dies 1”-2” if I remember correctly.

Looks great. Just a reminder to leave a space between the roof and bars for some type of padding, sealer, etc. so it doesn't rattle. I used SEM seam sealer. You're doing a good job! 👍

What wall thickness did you use?

I have a fire extinguisher that always falls out of it’s carrier. Scrapdaddy I noticed you had one mounted on your airline track. I searched for a holder for a while and found none. Did you make the one you have?

I do wish I had set up my B and C pillars for 3-point belts. Good call while you have everything open!

Tube rollers are really cool!
Got the sides done and the thing is tacked.
Had to cut down the profile of the landing pads to fit.
Had just bought a portaban and a Swag table. WOw! Way better cutting things with that instead of a 4”grinder!
