I am waiting to get my body mount sandblasted so I can mend some rust areas and then it’s on to reassembly. Dropped it off this morning! I won’t be back to work on it til Saturday.

Open the bottom of the mount where it attaches to Rocker. Notch it up half an inch.

You want to make it easier for dirt and water to get out.
I think Bob meant to clearance the angle where it gets to bottom of rocker, but yours is cut short so it already has a big gap there...

So I am putting this thing back together and it seems as though the A pillar has moved about 1/4 tp1/2 an inch outward. Is this normal?
I am guessing that I have to ratchet it back into alignment befor I weld it back.
