The drive shaft distance from the old rig measures flange to flange 43.5 while the new measures 44. I am hoping that that means I am lucky and that a half inch is nto a big deal and I can just use my old shaft. The front on will have to be made. The new distance is much longer.

Looks great to me! You’ve gotten through the most critical part of the engine placement. From the pics, everything looks really good. The wider 80 series frame probably helps a lot with the ps pulley and header clearance.
My only concern for you now is the condition of the internals of that engine.

Didn’t wanna live as a punk! Had to go back and fix this!
I have had two welds pop and now that spot is not anchored. What y’all do to remedy this?

I used 14gauge on the house side and 18 on the flap.

I like them, seems to be a good idea. I'm not a big fan of off road lights all over, but those back in there look to be out of the way and the how they turn with the wheels, reminds me of a Tucker.
I feel like the would instantly get covered in mud and muck where we ride.
