Can you clearance/notch that cross bar at all?

Reinforce it on the radiator side and “U” it out on the engine side?

Or even make a new one that has a bend in it

I feel like you could come up a ton on your motor. It looks a lot lower than I put mine, you have a different frame so I am not sure.

The track bar goes from one side of the frame and connects to the front of the axle housing.

This bar connects both sides of the frame. On one side it connects at the same spot where the track bar connects to the frame.

It helps prevent the lateral load from sheering the track bar mount off.

Does that make since?

Had originally thought of doing that. Might have been easier. Just don’t know loads and all that.

Ok so just a tube crossmember then, no real issue rebuilding with a bow in it I’d think?

If you don't wan to move the engine around then there wouldn't be an issue moving the cross member forward so long as you don't run into issues with other things like your steering box

Man, you’ve been busy! Did you notch your firewall for valve cover clearance?

Yes. I was dickering around with these little 1/8” here and 1/8” there, with nothing that gave any real clearance, so I finally cut it to make some more reasonable spaces.
Gonna make it look pretty today.
