I think. I know this one isIs that the JT Outfitters bumper on there?
tried this trick to get the windshield bracket bolt out... ended up breaking off the bolt... need a recommendation on a drill bit that will hold up, or other tricks.Last post on this guy for a few days. Taking the Mustard 78 back to @jomelo this weekend and I have to do my day job on the way.
I got some Overland Metric hinge screws and installed some proper mirrors and arms.
This is the tool for the job. It’s a screwdriver for an air hammer.

Problem is if it’s a real tough screw it might shatter the bit. Luckily it only happened once and it broke free first. This was my fix

If your truck has a tool box under the seat then there is a clip in there for the jack. If it’s missing you will need a clip. It’s pretty obviousLooking great.
Do you have any pics of how the jack is stored in the under seat toolboxes of earlier 40`s?
Someone is going to be pissed when they go to take that water pump off! haha
Funny. Rory must have used up all his 13mm and grabbed a 15mm for sportSomeone is going to be pissed when they go to take that water pump off! haha
Yeah, should be all 14mm heads, that looks like a 17!! As someone who works on cars all the time, one learns what sizes a lot of things are and puts those in his cart. then you have to go back to the tool box and grab another wrench. Find it on oil drain plugs all the time.Funny. Rory must have used up all his 13mm and grabbed a 15mm for sport
You may have mentioned it but who rebuilt the motor? Rory a local guy?
