Was that before installing a front locker?

I don't think that there's too many other people grenading front diffs with lockers installed though, hahaha. Props on that! 🤣
This was also post-locker...

So my kill count is:

1x OEM '99 open 2-pinion (spider blew up) 4.30 - July 2022
1x OEM '98 eaton locked (ring and pinion shredded) 4.30 - April 2023
1x Nitro Gear eaton locked (ring and pinion shredded) 4.30 - November 2024

I'm adding reduction gears to my t-case for high and low range to hopefully reduce wheel spin under acceleration/crawling.
Shock loading seems to do it...

You don't say......

going high clearance bumpers?
Also 37s!??
After all those CVs already !! (Or so I've read ;) )

Yes- Coastal front and not sure about rear yet...

Also yes- I've been of the theory that at some point capability counters fatigue/stress but finding that balance is hard.

Put another way, I wonder how much more stress it requires on the vehicle to climb an obstacle using momentum on 33's that with 35's, per se, may be easier...gears are a must at this point

What is this spoiler design you speak of? Are you trying your hand at the Tacti-Tail?

BTW I have the nuts and bolts missing from your tailgate kit. Want me to drop them in the mail to you?

I've actually been kicking this idea around in my head for a while now... My LX doesn't have a spoiler of any kind, but something for chase lights would be cool.

G.A. Are you cutting those on your new table?

Bled the brakes, put in a 146,000 mile rear axle, freshly balanced driveshaft, RWD for now. The daily driver tundra’s transmission just took a s*** so looks like the LX will get some use.

I put the 35s back on for now while I’m still making room for the new meats

Somehow the ‘D’ light has returned after four months of no use. I could’ve sworn it wasn’t working- I’m not old yet am I?
