Question for everyone here....so my wife used to be a professional photographer...worked for a travel magazine and traveled all over the world. She still does some stuff...weddings, etc. When we lived in Bham there was a place that would deep clean her camera for her....any places that are reputable? She uses a super nice Nikon DSLR.
 
Ya know, I keep reading about the Wall this the Wall that. It is too expensive. The Wall won't work!

Took my LG washing machine apart today. I had to replace the boot on it a few weeks back. Well today the new boot shredded. So I looked online and apparently there's a giant bracket on the back of the drum that corrodes and cracks and blah blah blah. So I took it apart and it was definitely cracked but the actual tub has a sharp lip where the boot Connects. Long story short I think I'm gonna buy a new washer today.

This might help. Back in '87 when I was a "flood control engineer" we got this traning for HEC-1 and 2. Then we had to use it to prevent issues like this, monitoring upstream elevations and controlled releases from progressive gates. The problem was Mother Nature didnt get the training and often times decided not follow scripted science.:bang:
